Raw Nationals Recap 82.5KG Junior Squat 2/3 🫩 -5KG 250KG ☑️ 267.5KG ☑️ 280 KG ❌ Bench 2/3 🫨 +7.5KG 142.5KG ❌ ( booty problems) 147.5KG ☑️ 152.4KG☑️ Deadlift 3/3 😮 +15KG lol 242.5KG ☑️ 262.5KG ☑️ 280 KG ☑️ #yeahright TOTAL: 700KG BW 82.45KG Dots 474 +6 I mean wow, Starting off my this offseason n prep squat was in a major groove hit multiple PRs hit over 600 smoothly but 280 just wasn’t there on the day ( i do think i have that in me tho). Felt like i had no pop in my hips which sucks but is what it is.. Bench this prep was great no issues at all and considering last meet where i only took 145 I’ll take this. if it weren’t for my ass coming up i believe we would have had 157 maybe more. Deadlift where do i even start, for the last 7 months ive been dealing with this lingering issue with my hammy that will just pop up and it’s quite the worst. All offseason All prep i was failing deadlifts constantly. luckily i was able to pull 262.5 for my final pull at rpe 900. All in all to pull something even close to this was the biggest win of all time for me. Ofc want to say my thanks for people @drivilla.pl for making sure we got the prep we needed and wanted and dealt with my BS the whole time. @allcalf.gocon for dealing with my Nutrition and much more ( maybe i’ll stick on plan this time ) @samantha.wetstein for dealing with my BS this whole prep and much more I love you. @j_e_187 for helping me for everything outside of the gym 💙. @ginagainz_ @k.martinez.66 @danrusso88 ( buddy still doesn’t have insta so close enough) for making the hike all the way out here and supporting me it goes a long way. by @edgarind__
Just about four years ago now I started my Gym journey. From beginning at around 340lbs back in 2020 i’m now consistently around 180lbs. The gym to me has absolutely changed my life for the better from meeting new people to Challenging my self in every and any way. The journey has been nothing but challenging for myself and I love to now endure every challenge that’s in my way. Every single Prep will be different from easy preps to absolute minding mending preps. I Wanted to post this to really show that if you truly put your mind to something you can make it work. you can lose that weight. you can stay consistent. you can be confident about yourself. Things are supposed to come and go in life it just matters on what you do after that. You must make yourself better for YOU not for anyone in your life. you must overcome every obstacle easy or hard in your way to get what you want/need. Life isn’t supposed to be easy. You have to work. Find people who will support you through thick and thin that will fight wars for you no matter the circumstances. i’m grateful enough to have found those people. the ones that don’t stick around aren’t meant to be there for you and that’s a blessing in disguise. 9 Weeks 🤘🏾 by @edgarind__

One of the hardest blocks i’ve had but Week 3 and 4 clutched up Been dealing with hella SI issues and then hammy issues now finally dialed down Deadlift has been the hardest especially mentally but we are getting some confidence back bench is staying solid with all this volume so that’s a plus.
