Eido is easily one of the classiest mobile bar services I have seen at a wedding by far. It felt like a true full bar service rather than a bar top plopped down in the middle of a venue space. They kept the drinks flowing while still offering elevated drinks beyond your standard beers and wines. Most importantly it’s owned and run by someone who deeply cares about their clients’ and understands how to create an elegant and seamless experience for guests.

My annual wedding season tradition of a disappearing act on Instagram is alive and well. Hi to everyone who has stuck around! My go-to coping mechanism when life gets overwhelming is to go radio silent, phone on DND, and not respond to my friends’ group chats for weeks on end (sorry guys).

The past few months have been crazy: 8 states, a few bouts in Italy, an unreasonable amount of time spent in airports and in my car, and some of my favorite clients and work to date.
Very happy to be home, sleeping in my own bed, and finally getting around to sharing some of what I’ve been up to.

Still 4 weddings and 6 shoots left this year before I can fully emerge from my editing cave and go through everything from this season. SO much good stuff I can’t wait to share.

Anyway, consider this my annual proof of life. More to come!

A little reminder that the bar you see on your wedding day is only the tip of the iceberg. 🍸

So, no — we’re probably not the right fit for a $2,000 wedding bar. And honestly, $3,000 isn’t going to get you the Eido experience either.

Not because we don’t understand budgets. We do.

But elevated service has a lot of invisible labor behind it.

The fruit is washed, sliced and dehydrated. The citrus is freshly juiced. The syrups are made from scratch. The cocktails are thoughtfully developed. The menus are planned. The inventory is counted. The trailer is loaded. The miles are driven. Everything is unloaded, styled, stocked and meticulously prepared before your first guest ever orders a drink.

And then we actually bartend.

What looks effortless on the wedding day is the result of hours upon hours of preparation, planning, physical labor, experience and an almost obsessive attention to detail behind the scenes.

That’s the part you don’t always see.

We aren’t interested in being the cheapest bar at your wedding. We’re interested in creating an experience worth remembering.

Fresh ingredients. Beautiful presentation. Stunning setups. Thoughtful cocktails. Delicious tastes. Professional service. A bar that feels like it belongs at your wedding — not something dropped in at the last minute with a bottle of vodka and a cooler.

So if your budget drastically undercuts the time, talent, labor and attention required to create that experience, we may simply not be your people.

And that’s okay.

We’ll never apologize for knowing what our work is worth.

Because the goal isn’t to simply serve drinks…

It’s to create an unforgettable experience, one your guests remember long after the last cocktail has been poured.

There was dancing, celebrating, shoes kicked off, late-night espresso martinis, crowd surfing, and dancing on tables. Basically, all the signs of a damn good celebration. 🤍
