Wow what a weekend!!! I don’t even know where to start…I thought maybe I was dreaming until I woke up this morning and saw Wally sitting on my nightstand 😉 I can’t thank Don Nelson, Dale Murray and the entire California Hustler team enough for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to drive their race car. Standing in the winner’s circle, holding a Wally, surrounded by an incredible team is a dream come true!
Thank you Summit Motorsports Park for putting on a great show! Your facility is amazing!
And thank you to all the fans who stopped by our pit…I enjoyed meeting you all!
Until next time Norwalk, Ohio 🏎️💨

$Unfortunately, after my ER follow-up appointment this morning, my doctor found two broken bones and one fracture in my foot. On a positive note, the lacerations in my leg are doing well and healing. As much as I was looking forward to getting back in the seat at Pomona, my rookie season in nostalgia funny car has come to a close. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for all of your love and support. For the prayers, the phone calls, the messages, for checking in, for all of it. I’m so grateful to be a part of such an amazing racing community. The Las Vegas incident aside, I could never have imagined my first season in funny car going the way that it has. Ten races, two finals, a win, a track record, and a top 5 finish in the points. I never could have dreamed of it. I’m so grateful to Don Nelson and Dale Murray for giving me the opportunity and for my amazing team ❤️ Love you all, Eily Awesome shot by @marcgewertzphoto by @eilystafford$

The funny car gods have tested her, and she has been proven worthy. I will rebuild her and she will be ready for battle soon 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 #myangel by @eilystafford

Rain can’t cool down the Vegas heat. 🌧️ Q1 is in the books, but Mother Nature pushed Q2 to tomorrow. Doubleheader Q2 and Q3 on deck Saturday, then we race for all the marbles Sunday! 🏁🔥#californiahustler #nitrofunnycar #legacynitrofunnycarseries #nhradragracing #vegasbaby by @eilystafford
