POSTS STORIES REELS

About 5 years ago when I was 21, I took a major gamble and bought land in North Florida to eventually put up a homestead on and act as a sandbox for my entrepreneurial endeavors. I sold dogecoin and paid cash for a slice paradise that I have been patiently tending to since then as I prepare to build on it. Many of you have been asking for a full property tour and a video on all the improvements I have done thus far. Since buying the land 5 years ago, I have put in lighting, fencing, cleared brush, added security cameras, and more. My intention is to have my spot built by 2028, but permitting is a headache. I'll be going up each month or so to keep pruning back the greenbriars and marking out where I plan to put my house, well, and septic. Stay tuned for more build progress videos while I dive head first into the Florida Building Codes and take on a homestead build with a DIY-first approach.

It's 2026 and I'm leaning heavily into my Florida Man era, doing Florida Man things: building shit, not just talking about it. I plan to make this property into my tiny homestead, a private deep house music chill out zone for Club E (invite/friends only) and creative office space for EJD Electronics. I'll be bringing some local Arbequina olive trees up from my garden down in Orlando up to Palatka to hopefully begin some of the homesteading process next time I go up. Speaking of, I met my wonderful neighbors Tom and Carrie, who curiously came by while I was putting the fence together. Initially thinking I was going to have the County Sheriff up my ass wanting proof of my property deed, I was instead warmly met with farm fresh eggs and help keeping the general area clean and pristine, in its natural tranquil environment. For those of you who have only been to South or Central Florida, I encourage you to see what the Jacksonville area has to offer in terms of amazing wildlife, fresh food, good music and wonderful people.

Quick update about my #tinyhome / #offgridliving plan: work on clearing the area for the fence will begin around December. Instead of spending $1000 to have some dude build me a fence, I could pay $280 to do it myself and get endless content out of the build process showing you guys how its done instead. As I plan on using this property as my primary dwelling and work place (EJD HQ), it will only serve for private Club E functions only until we can get a permanent, dedicated venue. Stay tuned for more! SUPPORT US BY BUYING OUR HIGH QUALITY MERCH! The link is in our bios.
