No he nacido en Mallorca.

When the dreams come true 🤩

Be the Change. Porque puedes.

Confía en ti. 🌊💙

Be happy Be free

Y bastante.

Pero nosotros también sabemos echarle huevos.
Seguimos aprendiendo, seguimos riendo, seguimos bajando, seguimos subiendo.

🌊🫧🧜🏽‍♀️ by @elena_apnea

TESTIMONIAL 🤩🥰🙏

There’s something so special about watching someone discover the underwater world for the first time. 🤍

Thank you for your trust Elisa @ellegsoto , your energy, and for sharing this journey with me!

And to those of you still thinking, “Maybe freediving is not for me…” come and give it a try! 😏🌊

I promise you’ll learn more than just how to hold your breath 🤔🫢🫣😃
You’ll discover new sensations, challenge yourself, laugh, maybe struggle a little (we’ve all been there 😂), and hopefully leave with a big smile and a whole new love for the ocean.

Come for the dive, stay for the magic. 💫🧜🏼‍♀️🐬🫶

TO MY STUDENTS:

This video was made by one of my students @macarein5 and I think it captures perfectly what I love most about teaching freediving. 🌊💙

It’s not just about learning how to freedive.
It’s about the smiles after every dive, the little victories, the laughter between sessions, the excitement of discovering something new, and the magic of sharing time in the water.

I love watching people arrive with curiosity and leave with that sparkle in their eyes 🤩more confident, more connected, and with a new relationship with the sea.

And somewhere between the first breath, the first descent and all the moments we share, something beautiful happens: we create connections, share experiences and make memories that go far beyond the course.

This is what makes me love what I do.
The sea gives us a space to breathe, let go, feel alive… and connect with ourselves, with nature and with each other. 🤍

Thank you to every student who trusts me, brings their energy, their stories and their smiles into the water.

Because the real depth isn’t measured in metres. It’s measured in the moments we share. 🌊✨

My face looks tired. Maybe a little older too 🙄😣

Today, I was looking for comfort underwater… in the one place where I can usually find peace.
The place that reminds me of the beauty of feeling alive, of being present, and of being deeply connected with myself.

But sometimes, negative thoughts follow you everywhere. You carry them quietly in your heart, while your mind refuses to stop thinking.

I was planning to dive to 60 metres today. Last time I reached 57, and I felt incredibly good. I have my new Tara, and I felt ready to go deeper. Faster.

But sometimes our emotions are stronger than our plans.

The cold down there froze my ability to let go. I tensed. I swallowed my mouthfill. I tried again… and failed again.

And maybe that was exactly what I needed to learn today.

Not every dive has to be deeper.
Not every day has to be a success.
Sometimes, we simply need to accept where we are.

Feel.
Breathe.
Let go.

Tomorrow is another day.

Trust yourself. Trust the process. And don’t let anyone, or anything, take away your dreams, your hope, or the beautiful illusion of what is still possible.

Life is a gift.

Don’t take it for granted. 🤍🌊

During my time off, you’ll often find me where the water is 🧜🏼‍♀️

Chasing the sea, following my dreams, and embracing the quiet that only the ocean can offer.

Getting lost in endless shades of blue, watching the light dance through the water, observing the lives of marine creatures, and seeing the coastline from an other perspective.

Out there, nothing is rushed. Nothing is expected 💫

Just me, the sea, and the simple beauty of being together @matteoapnea 🧜🏼‍♀️🫶🧜🏼‍♂️
