What drives educators to stay? Philadelphia principals dug into the answer at the first of three Principal Power sessions this year. Presented by Scott Gaiber of @elevate_215 and the Citywide Talent Coalition, the session explored insights from the 2026 Citywide Principal Survey Report and introduced the Retention Toolkit, a resource for identifying retention challenges and acting on them. The result: clearer citywide trends, concrete strategies, and a strong foundation for the sessions ahead. #PrincipalPower #WorkplaceRetention #SchoolLeadership #phillyeducation by @elevate_215

🍎 Meet the next generation of Philly educators at Big Picture Philadelphia! What happens when students turn their passion for helping others into a pathway toward the classroom? At Big Picture Philadelphia, it starts with hands-on learning, supportive mentors, and real-world experience.
