The hybrid approach. And why it’s helpful to creative people. #3danimation #motiondesign #filmmaking by @elijahkattke
Wow… it’s been a year. Disney… Manscaped… Boeing… PXG… Jefferson’s… Raglan…VIZIO… These are a few of the clients I’ve had the opportunity to work with this past year. Not only that, but I’ve gotten to hire some awesome people to help jump in on some of the larger projects. It’s been a wild past year. Thank you God! A huge thanks to @james.mackenzie._ and @nickel_3d for helping tackle this Raglan project. You guys are awesome! Raglan will be working alongside the U.S. Army developing vehicle control software. Amazing to get a look under the hood with their team. And of course, a huge thanks to Mike Ferrell for bringing Mindful Motion on board to tackle this project! #3danimation #motiondesign #blender3d by @elijahkattke
THE BALM First motion test for @bulltallow balm 🤘 #3danimations #blender3d #b3d by @elijahkattke
The first of many. Testing out some early stage comps for our brand new product coming out this August. Bull Tallow – the men’s product your skin has always needed (like actually needed). Made in the USA 🇺🇸 Grass Fed, rendered clean, nothing synthetic, no hidden ingredients – just everything your skin actually asks for. Excited to be working on this with my business partners @jonny.elsewhere and @tommywahl Looking forward to shaping out the brand of a product I not only believe in, but also own. by @elijahkattke
POV: it’s 2003 and DVD has just surpassed VHS sales for the first time 📀 Working on a kind of wild idea right now and finished up these style frames yesterday. It’s one of those ideas I’m questioning whether or not will pan out, but that’s part of the process – exploring ideas. by @elijahkattke
3D or 2D? Or both? #aftereffects #motiondesign #textanimation #blender3d #b3d by @elijahkattke
Hit the restart… Reminds me of some of the early work on the Gherkin paddle project. Just testing ideas, making progress, and then realizing I needed to pivot. Ideas that wouldn’t budge, and that didn’t add any value to the story. Short clip of me and Dani from Amplitudo reviewing the sweet sound design. #blender3d #3danimation #creativedirection #blendercommunity #motiondesign by @elijahkattke

The Titleist Pro V1 making its way around the globe. I love 3D animation, and the stories you can tell with it. #3danimation #motiondesign #titleist #prov1 #blender3d by @elijahkattke
There’s nothing like having the client product in hand for a 3D project. Especially when you yourself really enjoy using the product. Not only do you end up learning something new about the product, but often you’ll learn something new about the end consumer. Reference images are nice. The physical product in front of you? Unmatched. #3danimation #chefiq #appliances #3ddesign #consumerelectronics by @elijahkattke
Blender cloth simulations. Love em, hate em, somewhere in between? #blender3d #b3d #blendercommunity #3danimation #3drender by @elijahkattke
