I made this in 6th class. :) This was in fact one of my first ever acrylic paintings.

Painted this waterfall scenery this morning. Last time i did a scenery was probably in school or college so it's been quuite long.

I had forgotten how soothing and quick scenes like this are to paint especially compared to stuff that requires line art. (I did a line art painting before this one and it took probably 3 to 4 times longer and yet it looks aoo much simpler than this XD I'll share that painting in my next post.)

@who_disart thanks for inspiring me to pick up art again. I don't think anyone else can motivate me to do such things like you. You're the bestest! ❤️

Tools of trade: black and white acrylic paints, flat brush, a soft make up brush, and a tooth pick for details
A5 black art paper

Made this quick sketch. This was my first attempt at using cross-hatch technique.

And thanks to all those who encourage me on my art posts. I really appreciate it 🤍 *hugs*

Posting these because my husband thinks my graffiti is good. Not sure, might delete later :d
Did this for a bday card for my bhabhi :3 ✨💓

Used highlighters and a couple of markers for the first one and white paint marker for the second one. That was my first time writing Urdu in graffiti style. I think I can do better though. I used to do graffiti a lot as a kid .... Doing this again after literally ages!

Edit: How do i change the song on this xD

Finished this calligraphy painting. Couldn't wait for the gold leaf foil to arrive since I have to gift it today! Still wonder what it would've looked like with foil but eh, this looks pretty okay too. Purple always works for me!

Tools for trade:
Acrylics, water color pencils, make shift glitter form wrappers, pearls and broken glass pieces with nail polish, some golden leaves I found, sequins and tiny gems!

This is probably the most "mixed" mixed media paintin I've made so far xD

Made this gemmed glass painting today
This was my first time creating something like this and I'm happy with how it turned out

Used pretty much recycled stuff for this.
For "crystals" I used big chunks of broken glass (with somewhat smooth edges) and nail painted them pearly pink and coated with glittery clear nail polish

Used pearls from a broken bracelet
For glitter, cut really tiny pieces of golden candy wrapper and some silver gift wrapping paper

Added some tiny gems and sequins I had lying around. And a golden leaf shaped stuff broken off something else found in my mils sewing box 😆 (took it by permission of course)

Glued everything on the canvas using white glue and some hot glue for the pearls cuz they needed more support.

For the canvas base, I used bright pink and purple acrylics and added small streaks of pink nail polish 💅 on the top.

Now waiting for my gold leaf foil order to arrive then I'll add a simple calligraphy with that gold coating. (Also, I've never used gold leaf foil before so I'm excited about that. I hope I don't end up ruining this piece so best of luck to me I guess) xD

Painted something after a million years 🌌👽🛸
I feel like I've gone back to zero in my painting skills xD gonna need some more "warm up runs" to get back to doing at least better than this

Tools of trade: acrylics on canvas (3.7in x 3.7in)

Our P*lestinian martyrs

Inna lil lahaey wa inna ilaehay rajeeon
(Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return)

The amount of 0's...the number of babies who couldn't even make it past 1 year is unfathomable... take a moment to take that in. What would we have done if we knew and had relations with these babies?
Kids are the heartbeats and happiness of all families, and I can't even imagine the amount of pain and hurt their families must be going through. They have surely flown to paradise and are happy there. Prayers of patience for the families of these martyrs. May Allah lighten the burden of their pain, and replace their sorrow with hope and victory. Ameen sumameen
