Hello 25 🌞
Welcoming you with an open heart, body & soul 🤍

One of the most satisfying things for me about going through life as a human is the ability and opportunity to evolve in so many different ways and aspects, all at once.
Looking back at my journey so far makes me feel very proud and grateful for everything that came my way, all the beautiful people who support me along the way and also the ones who challenge me at times.
Super grateful to be doing what I love most every single day #dance and I feel extremely lucky that I basically spend every day, all day, exploring life with the most magical deep person I could ever manifest into my life, my lovely @ericcaterercave ✨
With saying all that I wish myself a year full of love, light, strength, confidence and the sense of being whole in order to approach all the exciting things life brings my way in the most fulfilling way possible 💫🫧

Thank you summer holidays
🌞🩵
So thankful for the space to just be, be together, be in abundance and being able to truly channel our energy and selves into the relaxation that brought with it beautiful clarity and appreciation 🦋

P.S. there are many many more pictures to come..! by @elinory88ost

An exploration into the coexistence of emotional states that structure our lives and the dualities of our inner self.

With particular focus on courage we ask what truly is courage? Is despair an act of letting go or holding on, and the same can be asked of hope.

Whilst we can be strong and what appears courageous on the outside, there must be a true vulnerability to really facing and dealing with what life presents us with.

The puppet strings and orchestration of the universe and how if we listen and trust we can enjoy the vast abundance of love and inspiration it can guide us with. The ying and yang of oursleves, the everyday balancing of us as humans.

Elinor my ‎תאומה ‎נפש (soul mate) my אהבת אמת (true love). How is it possible to put into words what you mean to me! Words don't do justice to all that is worthy of being said about the beautiful human you are.

To experience you is to experience the soul at ease, at ease that it has found a love that only the luckiest get to find in a lifetime.

You embody sunshine in human form, you are the most magical, genuine and special girl and I love you with all my heart. I mean it when I say for your birthday you deserve the world and more! This is only the early days of our beautiful journey and what a roller coaster of experiences it's been, I'll be by your side for it all thank you to you and the universe eternally grateful.

Happy 24th birthday, even though you will always be a kid at heart and never grow up 🌞🧚🏼‍♀️✨ by @elinory88ost

Not such a special date but kind of became a significant one for me a year ago..
A year ago today my Superior Peroneal Retinaculum got torn in the middle of a performance which wasn’t fun at all.
Not to mention the discomfort that came with it for the next 2-3 months after that, affecting my sleep, ability to walk, dance and emotional and mental state. I got back to properly dancing without any tapes only another 2 months later.
Lucky for me I’m surrounded by the best people- from the company I dance with to my friends and family, which made this whole recovery process successful and nourishing.
I decided to listen to my body that asked to not fix it by surgery- but through self work/ energetic work, physiotherapy and the guidance of my magical mom @olgaostrovsky and her personalized healing methods 💗
🤍🩵
From a more inner experience point of view, a whole thesis about my discoveries and inner research could be written but I’ll just share a tiny bit here.
It’s difficult for me to summarize my analysis of it all but I can say that my confidence and trust in the physical aspect was destroyed and rebuilt, I learnt how to keep my boundaries safe in every aspect, my understanding of who I am became deeper and in general I relearned how to dance with this new condition of my body🌞🧚🏼‍♀️
My tendon became my tool to understand better or even hear better what my body has to tell me, especially when my mind goes in “the wrong direction”, and I’m grateful for that.
This is just a little remark to appreciate my enormous progress this year💗 and the work goes on✨ by @elinory88ost

In a tiny delay but here is my little summary of 2024…✨
Thank you 2024!
You have trained me strongly and evolved me a lot 🤍
As I look back at this year, who I was in the beginning, what I have experienced along the way and where I am today, I’m filled with gratitude, the feeling of accomplishment and amazement 🌞
And with saying that, I’m excited to see what 2025 has to bring 🐍🩵
I wish for it to be majestic and colorful, full of blossoms and discoveries, and light and love 🎆 by @elinory88ost

Flowing the waves out to the space to avoid drowning in the sea of emotions 💦🌬️✨ by @elinory88ost

Thank you 22, you were so abundant.

I had so many fears in me,
Fears I’m proud to say I walked through many of.
Fears that revealed themselves as yummy pieces of cake once I took the courage to make them fade away.
I mentioned the word fear many times but I’m actually referring to my courage :)
I’m very thankful for the universe for everything that has happened, and all the beautiful and interesting souls I’m currently surrounded by✨
I take nothing of it for granted.
I’ve had lots of fun this year around the sun.
Lots of beautiful people from so many different backgrounds.
Including a recovery process from a rare injury that made me evolve and connect to my inner self deeply.
22, I seal you with a kiss.
Welcoming 23 with open arms and a widely open heart.
Wishing myself to keep true to myself no matter what, let love and light keep flowing freely in my body, and to allow myself to go through beautiful exciting new life experiences🌻🌞🧚🏼‍♀️🧜🏼‍♀️🩵 by @elinory88ost

My body is magic and I’m so grateful for it.
Always love wiggling my inner waves out to the universe.
Communication is key,
and the wiggles are the highest form of it.
Therefore I wiggle my inner waves all the time,
because I was gifted with the privilege to do so every single day.

I find it so beautiful that one of the “key” sentences that came after the horrors of October 7th is: We will dance again.
Indeed we will. We are.
Radiating our beauty, resilience and light through the most honest way of communication ✨
I know I’m describing some kind of utopia
but the fact it’s been put out to the universe,
enlarges the possibility for it to become the reality 🌌 by @elinory88ost
