Happy Birthday to my soulmate, the best daddy, and the best human I know. @mjcuellar you were meant to be a Dad and seeing you with your little side kick makes me the so incredibly happy. I want time to stand still but I also want to see every minute and milestone with you and Jax. I didnt think it was possible but I love you more and more each day. ❤️🥰
Most importantly thank you @jane.d.cuellar for birthing this amazing human. 😘 by @elissa_cuellar

Sorry I missed your call. And your text. And pretty much everything I’m supposed to be doing. I’m booked solid eating Jax’s feet and asking him how he got so delicious. I figured I would give you all a little listen to his contagious laugh. Hopefully it makes your day too. Please respect my very demanding schedule. 🤣🥹👣🤍

I spent seven years waiting for you, Jax, and I still can’t believe you’re here. Healing my back has been a struggle, but I’m trying to stay present and soak in every moment with you.

Every day still feels like a dream. Every time I look at you, I feel like I’m in heaven.

Another month, another kiss on the cheek & another candle blown out 🎂😘

After years of hoping, praying, IVF, and a journey that felt endless… our little miracle is already 3 months old. 🥹

My back may still be protesting this whole motherhood thing 😂 — I’m teaching again and slowly finding my way back, even if standing and walking aren’t always my strongest skills right now. But somehow, holding this boy never feels like work. We’ll take every cuddle, every smile & every second we can get. 🤍

Happy 3 months, Jax! You were worth every single thing it took to get here. We love you more than words could ever say — and we love being your mom and dad more than anything. 🤍

Happy 2 months, Jax! 🎂💙

Two months of diapers, bottles, endless cuddles, and wondering what day of the week it is. 😅

Michael somehow still looks put together… meanwhile, my hair has officially entered its own postpartum era. 😂

Messy hair, tired eyes, and a whole lot of love. We’d choose this life with you a million times over.

Happy 2-month birthday to our favorite little guy. We love you more than you’ll ever know. 🤍✨

It ain’t all rainbows and butterflies…

That’s why our founder and new mom, Elissa, created Mama’s village🍼🤎

Reconnect. Recover. Relate.

Motherhood changes everything—but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Mama’s Village is a weekly postpartum wellness gathering designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies while building meaningful connections with other women in the same season of life.

Each session is thoughtfully guided by a Nirvana instructor and includes gentle postpartum movement, breathwork, core and pelvic floor reconnection, followed by open, supportive conversation in a warm, judgment-free space. Whether you’re celebrating wins, asking questions, sharing challenges, or simply listening, you’ll find a community that understands.

What to expect:
✨Gentle postpartum movement
✨Core & pelvic floor reconnection
✨Breathwork & nervous system support
✨Guided conversation & community
✨A safe, welcoming space for you and your baby

☀️Donation-based so every mom feels welcome.
🥤 Optional pre-order juices from Zest to enjoy during or after the gathering.
👶 Babies are always welcome.

Because caring for yourself is one of the best ways to care for your baby🤎

Starting July 15th, every Wednesday from 1-2pm at our Wayne location. Please register on our app or website.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Depo Strong to support young families facing cancer. by @elissa_cuellar

Happy Fathers Day to a man who has been waiting over 6 years for this experience. @mjcuellar you were meant to be a Dad and I can't wait to see Jax grow with you. You are the most amazing person I know and my dreams have come true now that we have a mini uncle Mikey.

This weekend was my first weekend back at Nirvana since having Jaxson, and it reminded me exactly why I love what we do. 🤍

The past month has been a whirlwind of C-section recovery, sleepless nights, a thrown-out back, and learning how to be a mom.

I was actually hoping @dee_spin class would be my first one back, but with newborn night duty still in full effect, 9 a.m. was a little ambitious. 😂

Instead, I made it to @skylereeasterbrook Pilates Shred class on Saturday. I cried on the drive there because Jaxson was crying as I left, but Skylar’s music (the best), energy (electric), and class were exactly what I needed. For one hour, I got to reconnect with myself.

On Sunday, I took @joe__state Mobility class. Joe started as one of Nirvana's students, and watching him grow into such an amazing teacher has been incredible. My back was a mess going in, and I felt like a different person walking out.

What really stood out to me this weekend was something we talk about all the time at Nirvana: meeting people where they are.

I could barely bend down, stand up comfortably, or move the way I normally do. Yet both classes made me feel successful, empowered, and capable. Not because I did everything perfectly, but because our teachers are so intentional about offering options and creating classes that work for all bodies, all levels, and all seasons of life.

Thank you to all of our incredible teachers, and a special shoutout to @theamandaknight for reminding me to give myself grace. Those words meant more than you know. 🤍

Movement truly is medicine. 🙏✨

What day is it? Honestly, I have no idea. 🤍

The past month has been a beautiful blur of feedings, diapers, snuggles, and very little sleep. Somehow, our sweet Jaxson is already ONE month old today. 🕯️

We’re finally starting to see little glimpses of his personality—those tiny smiles, the way he puckers his lips like he’s trying to kiss us back, and the adorable face he makes that looks like he’s trying to blow out his one-month candle. 🥹
