Plank to pike, and pretend your core isn’t screaming: this move is slow, controlled, and deceptively brutal.

The floor plank to pike doing exactly what it came to do.

Book a class to give it a go 💪🏻

We asked our founder @elissaelhadj what sets FORM apart from other studios … we think you’ll love her answer as much as we do ❤️ by @elissaelhadj

FORM was built on one belief: strength should be intentional. Jerry and Elissa created the studio space because they wanted: better coaching, smarter programming, a community without ego and movement that actually changes you.

FORM isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing it properly.

Save this if you’ve been with us since day 1 ❤️ by @elissaelhadj

Lagree and Pilates … they’re not the same. Traditional Pilates focusses more on control, alignment and mobility. Lagree is its big sister.

At FORM, we use the Lagree method to:
- increase muscular endurance
- build strength under tension
- elevate heart rate without tension
- create full-body fatigue in 45 minutes

APPRECIATION POST 🩷 To my incredible clients who not only inspire me daily, but also give me great drive and purpose. I opened FORM in Notting Hill 11 years ago and have the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients with diverse abilities ranging from professional dancers & athletes to those with severe disabilities, but fortunately for me, each with a passion for learning and growth through movement. MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE. All phases of life require movement including pregnancy, as the gorgeous @poppydelevingne so exquisitely illustrates. Throughout her term, her fastidious approach and consistency has me marvelling at what the human body is capable of. Another reminder that your body is a temple and with the right mindset & training approach, you are capable of anything! #formpersonaltraining #prenatal #pilates #findyourform by @elissaelhadj

Dear IG family…pardon the prolonged silence on the grid! Lots of exciting things have been cooking in my absence and here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come this Saturday morning on @otimabusesbreakfastshow on @itv Such an honour to have been invited on the show and put @otimabuse through her paces. Don’t forget to tune in at 8 30am BST to watch us sweat! PUREcore, not your average Pilates class, designed with love by me, especially for you. Only @formstudiosldn 💪🏼❤️ by @elissaelhadj

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEEE 💃🏼😎🐠 by @elissaelhadj

FREEDOM IN YOUR BODY BEGINS IN YOUR SPINE.
The truest indicator of your age, is your spine.
You can be “old” at 30 and “young” at 80 depending on how flexible your spine is.
I recount this message in all of my classes.
Monday morning mermaid medley to increase LATERAL (side) FLEXION in the spine. 🔥🔥🔥
Wearing @alexandramiro 🖤 by @elissaelhadj

Monochromatic Sunday 🖤🤍All the feels for this sensuously soft & chic ensemble care of @alexandramiro ❤️ Her newly launched capsule collection is gloriously sexy & elegant and doubles up effortlessly as brunch attire post Pilates (just throw on a blazer)
Owning a Pilates & Fitness business @formstudiosldn means I’m in activewear ALL the time, and despite a great penchant for fashion, my vast non-activewear wardrobe is constantly relegated to 5th place! Thank goodness for these beautifully stylish pieces that satiate my pret a porter tendencies 😜 Thank you Alexandra! by @elissaelhadj

HNY 💫 Spreading much love & joy as we head into the new year! Welcoming 2022 with open arms and an open heart ❤️ by @elissaelhadj

#happyinternationaldogday 🐶 Me and my girl 🤎 Today we celebrate our best friends…our canines who love & trust us beyond measure, and teach us to live in the moment. A bond like none other 🤎 by @elissaelhadj

Tales from wee bonnie Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Nature in its overwhelming & abundant glory! Breath is well and truly taken.
My soul is filled, my ❤️ is full, my spirit is high and my body is exhilarated. Landscapes and jaw-dropping vistas punctuated by the dramatic & rapid changing weather enhanced the climbing experience. First Munro in the bag 💪🏼 (that’s a mountain over 3,000 ft) Climbed 13km and I’m very grateful to my religious PILATES practice for my strong core which kept me perfectly balanced on what was particularly treacherous rocky & steep terrain. PILATES FOR EVERYTHING! 🙌🏼💪🏼
