Big brother. Mentor. Friend. Confidant.

At this point, none of those words feel big enough to describe what you were to me.

We had a bond that can’t be replicated. Our stories, our experiences, the paths we walked — so eerily similar in so many ways. You understood parts of me that didn’t need explaining, and that’s something I’ll carry with me forever.

You impacted so many lives for the better, whether you ever gave yourself enough credit for it or not. I do. I know what you meant to people. I know what you meant to me.

You changed my life. You helped shape the person I am today, and I am a better man because I had the privilege of having you in my life.

I’m devastated. There really aren’t words for this kind of loss.

But more than anything, I’m grateful. Grateful for every conversation, every lesson, every laugh, every story, and every memory. And seeing so many people posting their own memories of you has given me the unexpected gift of finding some pictures of us that I didn’t even know were out there — pieces of our time together that I’ll get to keep forever.

“Some people teach you without trying, change you without knowing, and stay with you long after they’re gone.”

Love you, my brother. Thank you for everything. Rest easy, Aouse. by @elitecmc

I finally asked something I have ALWAYS wanted to know: How does laundry work in jail and federal prison? 😂
Christian McKeon, who was charged in a $47 million Medicare fraud scheme, told me what laundry was like - or the lack thereof - inside the dangerous Santa Rosa County Jail and at Pensacola Federal Prison Camp, where he served time alongside none other than Todd Chrisley of Chrisley Knows Best.
The prison stories are fascinating on their own. Add Todd Chrisley into the mix, and I am SEATED.
The full episode is out now. Link in bio!

Bet they wish they never put us together @toddchrisley 👀 Thanks again for having me @shutuptellmemore by @elitecmc

More than 200 inmates were supposed to be released from federal prison. According to Christian McKeon, an error was keeping them there.
And that’s where Todd Chrisley of Chrisley Knows Best comes into this story.
Christian served time alongside Todd at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola and says Todd used his voice and platform to bring attention to the error and help get it addressed. He also witnessed firsthand Todd’s efforts to expose the conditions inside the camp.
Christian was charged in a $47 million Medicare fraud scheme, and this is just ONE part of his story.
In the full episode, we talk about what it’s like to be under federal investigation, the arrest, waiting for sentencing, walking into federal prison, what actually happens inside, and where Christian is now.
There was so much to this story that we needed two episodes.
🎙️ Part 1 is out NOW. Part 2 drops next week.

My guest Christian McKeon was charged in connection with a $47 million Medicare fraud scheme.
In 2020, authorities showed up at his home at 5 AM, guns drawn. Christian thought he’d be out of jail within 24 hours.
Then he heard the prosecutor ask for NO BOND.
And that was only the beginning.
Christian takes me through what happened between his arrest and sentencing, the reality of knowing he was going to federal prison, what it was actually like once he got there, and the famous faces he met inside.
This story was wildly interesting and we needed two episodes to tell it.
🎙️ Christian McKeon Part 1 is out NOW on Shut Up! Tell Me More, everywhere you get your podcasts and on YouTube.
Part 2 drops next week.
