Another Elite Performance Medical Athlete Placement! Congratulations to Tyler Barni on accepting a position with National Dentex Labs covering the Cleveland territory! A former baseball player at Youngstown State University, Tyler has shown exactly what we look for in our athletes: motivation, coachability, accountability, and a willingness to put in the work. Tyler’s first interview opportunity didn’t go as planned. Instead of getting discouraged, he listened to the feedback, made adjustments, overprepared for the next one and crushed it. That’s the athlete mindset. Not every interview leads to an offer. Sometimes it’s simply another rep—review it, adjust, and come back better. Tyler did exactly that, and now he’s officially beginning his career in dental sales! “Elite Performance Medical gave me the training, knowledge, and preparation I needed to confidently take the next step in my career. I’m incredibly grateful to Matt Wisler, Telly Fricke, and Anthony Bemboom for their guidance and the community they’ve built.” Congrats, Tyler! Throughout her time with EPM, she’s shown just how committed she is to developing herself, learning the industry, and putting in the work to earn the right opportunity. “I want to thank Matt Wisler and Telly Fricke at Elite Performance Medical for all of their support and guidance. The course was incredibly helpful and gave me a lot of valuable insight into the field. I can’t wait to take everything I’ve learned and continue to build from here!” One of the biggest things we’ve learned working with athletes is just how much there is to discover within medical sales. Many come to us knowing only a handful of companies or roles based on what they’ve been exposed to. Our job at EPM is to change that. We introduce our athletes to the depth of this industry, different specialties, manufacturers, career paths, and opportunities they may have never known existed. More importantly, we help them understand the pros and cons of each so they can make an educated decision about where they want to build their career. EPM is about more than placement. It’s about preparing athletes to understand what this industry demands, what it takes to succeed day to day, and how to build a career that lasts. Congrats, Gabriella! We can’t wait to watch you get started in Tampa and see where you take it from here! by @eliteperformancemedical

We’re stoked to see her take this next step and begin her career in medical sales. A former Utah Valley University soccer player, Lenah knows firsthand what it means to battle through injuries. Those experiences helped fuel her passion for helping others navigating similar challenges and paired with her athlete mentality and work ethic, we know she’s going to crush it. In Lenah’s words: “I walked into EPM with an athlete's mindset and the goal of breaking into medical sales. I walked out with the preparation, mentorship, and foundation that turned that goal into reality. Thank you to Matt Wisler, Telly Fricke, and Anthony Bemboom for building a culture that's second to none.” With 75+ athlete placements and counting, EPM continues to grow, learn, adapt, and raise the standard. Every success and every challenge makes our program stronger and better prepares the next athlete to make the transition. Congrats, Lenah! We can’t wait to watch you crush this next chapter! 👏 by @eliteperformancemedical
