Fiji Part 3:
Odds and ends. Grace showed up all around us as she always does. Bula vinaka Fiji.

Biggest vinaka to @scadman_fiji for a perfect end to our trip (slides 2, 4, 5, 7 from our day with Eddie-who is actually the best). by @elizapearl

Fiji Part 2:
The weather shifted & the wind died as we were supposed to be leaving but, necessity is the mother of invention so, we stayed on some extra days in pretty clever form if I do say so. In the end I tried new spots, new crowds, new conditions, and I kooked around as I do.

Things going simultaneously sideways and bulaloha-beautifully landed us doing the kind of luxury surf travel R&D that we wouldn’t have responsibly planned on doing in advance & goddess bless that it all went the way it went.

Fiji Part 1:
This experience was all over the place but so worthwhile. I learned so much. I met and was held by so many Fijians that I admire 🩵

The marriage is a Leo (I mean, obviously)

8 years in:
I’m having a lot of fun; like way more than I banked on having. I’ve learned so, so much. I’m better off for it in basically every respect.

Thanks and credit to @calebmonroe33 for understanding & providing true, grounded, rich, resilient partnership 💚

@gratefulshredmusic was, in fact, our wedding band.

Still can’t believe my luck on all the fronts; wishing all the wild women everywhere a perfect band & an even better man

My favorite person makes 38 years today. I just love you so much @calebmonroe33 and I know that every dog, kid, and aspiring farmer you’ve ever met feels the same. You are the best & we are TF lucky to walk this earth with you and bask in your light! Truly, C, you’re so darn wonderful. Happy birthday! by @elizapearl

Summer blooms and yangs; connects, flirts, heats, yaps, meets. And in the midst of the midyear heatwave, Cancer yins so hard.

Making a home, slowing down, adorning, adoring, folding in, introspecting. Mary Oliver said, “attention is the beginning of devotion.”

Things take the time they take.

A retrospective (most recent photo first) of five weeks in residence & five months of ownership, still deep in the process of becoming (the house, the humans, the hound) 🚧 by @elizapearl
