2024 was a year of the highest highs and the lowest lows. I got to know my son & to know myself as a mama. I learned to value health above all else. My resilience was truly tested. Most of all, I found out just how lucky I am with the people in my life.
Here’s to a 2025 full of love, health, happiness and all that good stuff 🥂💕🙏🏼☀️ by @elle_nz_

Beau met Santa! So lucky to have experienced the last year of @smithandcaugheys at Christmas 🥺🙏🏼 Check out B’s “WOW” when he sees all the Xmas trees!! by @elle_nz_

Life is so bizarre.. one minute you’re teaching classes and packing for Bali. The next you’re stuck in hospital waiting for urgent open heart surgery 🫠❤️‍🩹

I’ve got a long road ahead and I’m scared af, but I’ve got some of the best support crew out 🫶🏼🫶🏼 .. and the biggest motivation to live for 💕👶🏽

PS I might be MIA for a bit while I warrior this out 🫡 by @elle_nz_

My first Mother’s Day.. reflecting on the last 4 months - some of the toughest, yet most rewarding of my life! I’ve never loved anything as much as I love this tiny human 🥺💓 & I have so much more appreciation for mamas now, especially my own.
“It takes a village” - truer words were never spoken! I’m so grateful for every visit & message from my friends & family. And a special mention to the amazing group of ladies who’ve supported me through the ups & downs of this journey so far 🫶🏼🫶🏼
Here’s to mothers & mother-figures everywhere, and to those who support them 💓✨

Nothing like a new release launch! 3 generations of BODYPUMPers here, & I’m lucky to have had the privilege to have mentored these two for some part of their journey! BP125 is an absolute banger, btw 💪🏼🔥

NY holiday 21/22 ✅ festis, food, sun, surf, sunsets, sunrises & the best time with the best people. Grateful just to be able to get back to life! Happy new year everyone, here’s to an amazing 2022 ☀️🙌🏼💛 by @elle_nz_

Connection. It’s an innate human need. Social connection can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions, lead to higher self-esteem and empathy, and actually improve our immune systems. By neglecting our need to connect, we put our health at risk. It’s so important that we reach out to others in times like this. 💜
I’m grateful to my inner circle for checking in on me. & I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect with a wider circle via social media & via these online classes - thank you to all the members who tune in and connect with me daily. Together we can work on our physical and mental well-being. I appreciate you! 🙌🏼💜
