iykyk 🖤🖤🖤 I adopted Charlie about a year and a half ago as a senior dog. he is genuinely the best boy you will ever meet. a good guy. my first boy dog…and now I know the bond between a boy dog and a girlie pop (I’m the girlie pop).

we recently got some bad news about charlie boy, so he basically gets whatever he wants, even if that means a bag o’ burgers 🍔. it’s never enough time, but I feel so blessed to love this potato lump. 🥔🖤🫶🏽🌭

#InstructorFeature - meet @smellie_kitten ❤️❤️

Ellie leads our Kids Yoga every Thursday and it is the CUTEST THING EVER!!! Learn about her below! ⬇️

“How did you end up at 405 YOGA?”
In 2020, I was scoping studios for YTT. @lux.veda was so intentional about establishing a relationship, I was hooked. My first class was Soul Flow and I knew this studio was for me! I have met some of the best people at 405!

“You’re a natural with kids, how long have you been working with the little ones?”
I have been teaching kiddos probably since age 16, mostly via dance and theatre! I have been able to learn so much about what works and what we can do differently for our younger generations. I feel greatly humbled to hopefully play just a minor part in helping them feel comfortable in their bodies and minds.

“What do you do outside of the studio/yoga?”
I choreograph musicals around town, for @casadyschoolokc and Classen HS, and @pollardtheatrecompany! I also teach with @kismetartsokc. Between all the teaching, sometimes you can find me on stage, too!

“What can my little one expect with Kids Yoga/what to bring?”
Kid’s yoga is about finding mindful movement. We take time to chill out and meditate, but we also allow space for dancing, arts & crafts, and games!

“Give us some advice for a new yogi!”
Do yoga everywhere! Thats the best way to implement it into your life on the reg!

“Okay, what’s your favorite posture?”
I love me some malasana. you can generally find me chilling in a good ol yogi squat 😎

Come meet Ellie tonight at 5 pm ❤️
