byellie launching in Sephora 18/11/24 šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ„¹ I can not quite believe i am writing that! After learning everything I know and all the ups and downs that revolves around running byellie, Sephora has been on my vision bored from day oneā€¦ starting byellie at 21 with Ā£2000 I had so much fire in my belly and Iā€™m beyond grateful for all the byellie girlies that have made this happen šŸ„¹ im still speechless šŸ«¶šŸ¼ Hereā€™s some pictures that made me smile.. - me in Sephora a week ago - my pile of boxes when Iā€™d wait desperately for an order - my mum on holiday in February pretending byellie was in Sephora and sending it to me šŸ„ŗ full circle - madness - šŸ©· Whoā€™s ready to see us in stores šŸ˜± by @elliecarlile_
Excuse the writingšŸ«  Iā€™m normally doing this in one hand with a laptop coffee and running at the same time.. I try and write gratitude lists everyday to always keep my dreams fresh and to be grateful for everything each day, I just flicked back to the beginning and read through a few pages, here are some of my manifestations and goals back in 2022 Most of the things Iā€™m grateful for are things that didnā€™t exist here I just wanted to be grateful for them and manifest they happen one day. Aka ā€œmy multi million pound beauty company ā€œ I was lucky to get 4/5 orders a week maximum at this time and I got up everyday at the same time, trained at the same time and went into my garden office at the same timeā€¦ some days I was done by 11am but Iā€™d work all afternoon watching videos reading, fan girling over success stories of other brands until early evening and then Iā€™d go in, I never once laid in I never once took a day offā€¦ I cried I wished and I worked my absolute hardest to get some sales and some notice from anyone that would see the brand but not once did I give up and not once did I not be hard on myself and make all areas of my life disciplined, still to this day Iā€™m exactly the same My goal was to get 10 orders thenā€¦ we are now a 7 figure business My goal was to get 100k views on TT then ā€¦ we have 29.9 million views on one video and over 130,000 followers on TT I wanted to share these with anyone thatā€™s got a dream or any goal or ambition to do anything! Never give up, never let people talk you out of your wildest dreams because people really do try pull you down.. itā€™s you against you everyday and you can do absolutely anything if you put the work in šŸ«¶šŸ¼āœØ To my myself a few years ago Iā€™m making you proud and Iā€™m just getting started never give up ā¤ļø by @elliecarlile_

Always take the risk āœØ Nothing worth having comes easy, being out of your comfort zone is exactly where you belong by @elliecarlile_
Five years ago for byellies Christmas ā€œcollectionā€ I hand wrapped orders with gold paper and red ribbonā€¦. Not the best idea at all šŸ„¹ We only sold around 6 orders that Christmasā€¦ I still tried to make it a moment and that is something Iā€™ve learned over the years, you need to make moments when building a brand you need to keep the brand on peopleā€™s mind constantly. by @elliecarlile_
A lot of work and a lot of laughter āœØ by @elliecarlile_
Building with nothing Somtimes feels like your missing a head startā€¦ reality is if you can build from scratch you can do anything Pinch me everytime I walk into storeā€¦ How is that my brand by @elliecarlile_

AD/ What a fantastic week! Who knew byellie would take me around the world, having byellie across channels like Amazon really does enable us to reach as many customers as possible I wish I knew more about the advantages and capabilities of this channel back when I startedā€¦ in one year alone we have successfully done well over 6 figures without any spend and without cannibalising our store. If you have any questions at all about Amazon accelerate or want to find out more about selling let me know So many exciting things coming, where else would you like to see byellie in the world next ? #beauty #fyp #makeup #brows #amazonaccelerate by @elliecarlile_
