October gym dump 🤎

Only a year ago, you told me you were going to fight on your first bare-knuckle boxing show. Fast forward just 10 months from your debut, and you’ve stepped onto one of the biggest stages in the world 🔺

The pride I feel watching you chase your dreams is indescribable. I’ve seen first-hand the hard work, dedication and sacrifices you’ve put in to get to this point, and nobody deserves it more.

To see how far you’ve come in such a short space of time is incredible, and the best part is knowing this is only the beginning.

I’m so excited to see where this journey takes you and everything that’s still to come. I’ll forever be your biggest supporter, through every high and every low.

The best is yet to come. ❤️

Good mornings - new addition into my routine, finding the correct form before upping the weight ✨

RDLs - these should be in every girls glutes and hammies day - focusing on on sending the glutes back 🦋

Kickback variation 🔒 this is a staple in any of my glute focused days 🤏🏼

Glute focused hyper extensions - A love-hate relationship with these 🙃Really focusing on that mind-muscle connection and feeling it right through the glute-hamstring tie-in.

Reverse lunge ✨ really slowing the movement down and trying to not kick off of that back foot - work in progress with this one 🫶🏻 by @elliemcparlandx

No one really talks about how quickly your 20s shift.

One minute life feels chaotic and spontaneous…
and the next you’re watching the women in your life step into new chapters.

Mid 20s is a pretty cool era. Embrace it ✨🫶🏼

What’s your current era?
