|| Project PATERSON || Long weekend vibes at Project Paterson ☀️ 🌊 Project Paterson was a major alterations and additions project of a tired beachside home, transforming it into a light and bright family home that captures ocean views and breezes from every room. Introducing our next project. A new basement-style dual occupancy designed to feel both architecturally beautiful and deeply liveable. This project brings together a team who share the same values: a shared commitment to quality, craftsmanship, detail and thoughtful execution at every stage of the build. With clean architectural lines, layered natural textures and intentional planning, these two homes have been designed to feel calm, connected and luxurious at every turn. Demolition begins next week, marking the first step in the transformation from concept to construction. We can’t wait to bring this project to life alongside an incredible team and to bring you along for the journey. ~ Architecture: @ellisstudioarchitects ~ Build: @boermaprojects ~ Interior Design: @haausdesign #architecture #home #interiordesign by @ellisstudioarchitects

|| Project NERO || Set in the heart of Thirroul, a moment from the beach, Project Nero embraces a lifestyle. We are so proud of the design outcome - textured, bold, yet relaxed on the streetscape. A home that flows and functions, enjoys beautiful light throughout despite the southern aspect, and has a considered facade. Everything that we embrace in our process. Working again with Tim and the team at @ssrprojects who built the project suberbly, with care and consideration in every detail. // The Brunswick House // We’ve been deep in collaboration with @ellisstudioarchitects on an exciting new project set to break ground later this year. We believe the time invested in pre-construction is what separates a good build from a great one. @thebrunswickhouse_ @rachaelmiklas.designdetail If you would like to learn more about our process and how we can build your dream home in 2026, follow the link in our bio to get in touch 🍃 @newfoundbuilding by @ellisstudioarchitects

Project KOI, recently completed. Designed as a detached dual occupancy with basements on a complex site, these homes have been thoughtfully designed so that every room takes advantage of ocean and horizon views, and summer breezes. by @ellisstudioarchitects
