absolutely incredible photos of me and my love by @bygeordanhay 💌 modeling for @sona.co.photo retreat 🌞 by @elllabraun
creating in this season has been more few & far between than i would have liked lately. it’s ebbed and flowed and raced and stopped. times it’s been constant and times of distraction. moments where my brain & heart have lit up in unison over an idea, and also times it’s been dark & quiet. nights i’ve awoken with inspiration, and days I’ve yearned for it. yet in every which way, the Lords hands have been on top of mine while in the writing, weaving, painting, filming, singing, dancing, laughing, crying. oh, how i could write a song on the act of creating itself. it always reminds me where i’ve been and where i’m going, Who’s i am and Who’s i always will be: my greatest inspiration in creation. here are some makings that i’ve been sitting with and reflecting on lately. pieces from my past that reflect the impermanence of seasons and things from the present that the Father is allowing me to breath out. an ode to past projects, current creativity & a future in the making by me + the ultimate Artist. by @elllabraun
costa rica !! following Jesus and seeing all He’s doing around the world is truly a gift. honoured to be able to go on a @_shredsisters // @ridenature trip and capture God’s hand at work in places i hadn’t seen yet. seeing the joy on the chica’s faces as they caught a wave, encouragement in the eyes of the inspired, hearts mended by the company of girls in their home & the laughs all around. God is good. #princesswarriors by @elllabraun

in between capturing love and attending weddings, all summer and every weekend, all the plane rides and the fly-by moments, summer let me feel it’s warmth 🌞 (april-sep) by @elllabraun
pizza party summer camp (reminiscent of being a kid!) and reading good books to the sound of the trees whistling and the river flow. best weekend of the summer, a weekend untouched by the hustle 🍕🌲 by @elllabraun

two whole years married to you, my love. life with you is grand by @elllabraun
oh august 7th! you will forever go down in history as the day my childhood bff married the love of her life! the day of love, light, laughter and all things wonderful! and the week leading up to — celebrating our lovely rachel and celebrating her becoming a wife. the beaming colours of anticipation, summer, and girlhood. an honour & joy of my life to be right beside you as your maid of honour as you married your best friend. tears were shed. overflowing with gratitude and absolute love for you @rachelredekop !!! day 1 forever xoxox by @elllabraun
mallorca, a little island off of spain 🍋🌊🌞🫒🦞 one of my favourite places on earth. by @elllabraun
one of the most incredible moments of my life. being in the sahara was surreal!! the landscape felt alive - enough to make me feel so small yet even more seen. i was reminded of my humanness in this place, filled with wonder & awe. and getting to experience this with one of my favourite people!!! oh what a joy!! the amount of times we looked at eachother and thought “is this even real???? are we on camels right now?? on a 3 day tour in the desert in africa ??” unreal. C. S Lewis has a quote: “Friendship is the instrument by which God reveals to each of us the beauties of others.” friendship like this on this trip, mixed with being in the middle of the desert: oh the beauties of life i experienced in this moment. so much beauty. so much wonder. by @elllabraun
