This is way overdue because I haven’t been able to find the words to describe how incredibly honored I am to receive these awards. Never in my wildest dreams would I even hope for the title of CCI1* U25 champion and CCI1* amateur reserve champion. If I’m being completely honest Lily is the one who deserves this accolade, as she is the most courageous and kind soul I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with 🥹

Thank you to my family for being so supportive of me and my antics and ambitions, and thank you to @carter_eventing for taking me through almost every single one of my FEI’s and making me a better rider and horseman. I’ve learned so much from both you and @deeppurpleeventing and I’m so excited to continue this next chapter in my riding with @o.connor.equestrian 😊 by @elmcclaineventing

Wow what a dream come true 😍 just being chosen to represent Area V meant the world to me, but to be able to compete and even bring home gold with some of my favorite people was surreal and I’m still in shock.

I want to say thank you to my family for supporting me in this every step of the way. Y’all have been so amazing and I couldn’t have made it this far without you.
I’m so grateful to @lisa__phillips5 @kc5ring and @deeppurpleeventing for preparing me for this show, and a huge thank you to @o.connor.equestrian and @stephtassos for pouring into us all weekend. Steph and Karen were the glue that held us together, and I loved getting to work with y’all.
Also, big thank you to @horsegrlclaire for being my groom this weekend. You were so supportive and kind, and I don’t think I would’ve been able to survive the weekend without you. You’ve always been there for me, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to groom for me. Love you girl 🩷

My biggest thank you goes out to Calla Lily, with whom I wouldn’t have been able to do this without. Everything she does, she pours her whole heart and strength into, attacking every phase with the courage of a lion and the heart of an angel. She’s such an honest mare and always challenges me to do my best. I love her so deeply and she always manages to make me laugh because of her beautiful personality. It’s such a privilege to be able to ride her, and I don’t know how I got so lucky. I couldn’t ask for a better partner, teammate, and friend. Thank you, Lily. You deserve the world 💜

All in all, what an amazing and unforgettable experience. It was such an honor to get to know @oliviapratt_eventing and to be able to compete alongside @l.schaefeventing and @e.griffitheventing who have been my teammates since day one. I love all of you so much and here’s to a great show 🥂🎉🥳
