Just a week ago, this beautiful adventure came to an end…
Five unforgettable days at Rollende Keukens filled with flavor, rhythm, and soul.

To our amazing team — thank you for your passion, your sweat, your laughter, and your heart. You didn’t just cook or serve — you created magic. You built a family, and El Momento lives through you.

To the musicians and artists — your music gave life to every corner. You brought Colombia’s spirit into every note. Thank you for making the atmosphere even more special.

To the thousands who visited us — gracias.
For trying our food, feeling our energy, and letting us share the magic of our roots with you.

And to the entire team behind @rollendekeukens — thank you for such outstanding organization, creativity, and for giving us the opportunity to be part of one of the most beautiful festivals in the city. Your work made it all possible.

And a very special thanks to @jorge.ferrerh , our trusted photographer —
Your lens captures not just images, but the soul of every Momento. Thank you for making our memories last forever.

Because at the end of the day, that’s what El Momento is all about:
Celebrating the present. Honoring our roots. Sharing joy through culture and food.

From the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU.
Until the next Momento. 🇨🇴❤️

3 days until the biggest Colombian party in the Netherlands. 🇨🇴

This Saturday, @ijland.amsterdam transforms into a little piece of Colombia, with everything that makes its culture unforgettable.

From 5 PM to 1 AM, enjoy live mapalé, live vallenato, Colombian street food, delicious chuzos, picadas, salsa and, of course, perreo.

You don’t have to be Colombian to fall in love with Colombia. You just have to come and experience it.

Your plan for today. ❤️🇻🇪

Today we open our doors at 12:00 PM with a full entertainment program dedicated to Venezuela. Live performances, DJs, family activities, an emotional support area, and food from local entrepreneurs, all coming together to raise funds for those affected by the earthquakes in Venezuela.

More than 100 volunteers, together with artists, entrepreneurs, The Latin Experience and our main collaborator Undercurrent Events, have made this day possible.

🇻🇪 TODOS POR VENEZUELA

On June 24, two devastating earthquakes struck Venezuela, leaving thousands of families in urgent need of help.

❤️ Free entry (registration required). Reserve your ticket through the link in our bio and, if you can, make a voluntary donation starting from €5.

Most of the funds raised will support humanitarian relief through @cordaid working together with @caritasdevzla . After the event, we will publish a full transparency report with the amount raised and all transfers.

📅 Saturday, July 4
🕛 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 IJland Amsterdam Noord – Garden Area

Together, we can turn solidarity into real help.

🎟️ Register through the link in our bio.

We’re already starting to feel Colombia. 🇨🇴

We can already smell its flavors, hear its music, and see its colors.

And because this year is going to feel a lot like Colombia, we want to introduce our first gastronomic ambassador for Latin Food Experience: @elmomento.nl

One of the great ambassadors of the Colombian community in the Netherlands, known for their traditional llanero-style spiral barbecue. Last year, they were voted as one of the favorite gastronomic ambassadors of the festival, and this year they’re back at Latin Food Experience.

But that’s not all. You’ll also find them at The Latin Experience Colombia on July 18 as one of the main partners of the event.

Second-to-last day at Rollende Keukens 🇨🇴🔥
And we had to make a video honoring this year’s best-selling queen from our menu: our Colombian arepa.

See you at Rollende Keukens until 11 PM on this second-to-last day. Hope you can already taste the flavor in your mouth 😮‍💨 by @elmomento.nl

First day at @rollendekeukens 🇨🇴🔥

We put on the hat and brought Colombian flavors inspired by authentic carne a la llanera to the biggest food festival in the Netherlands 🇳🇱

Good barbecue, amazing vibes, and a little taste of Colombia shared with Amsterdam ❤️

See you on day 2! by @elmomento.nl

One more year, we’re back at the @rollendekeukens Festival with our Colombian family 🇨🇴🔥

The grills are ready, the meat is ready, the arepas are ready…
all that’s missing is the week to arrive and for us to see each other there 🥩

More details coming soon 👀 by @elmomento.nl

We said “let’s try a lunch”…
now we might have created a thing 🤝

El Momento brengt Colombiaanse hitte naar het park. Open fire cooking met hout, rook en goed vlees dat langzaam ligt te garen boven de grill. Je blijft hier vanzelf even staan kijken. 🔥
@elmomento.nl

Dikke Bertha, hier haal je even adem. Koffie, thee en overheerlijke lekkernijen. Voor als je nog lang niet naar huis wil en nog wel wat caffeïne kan gebruiken. ☕️
@dikkeberthakoffie

Pan Paella… die pan is niet te missen. Groot, pruttelend en nooit leeg. Rijst met zeevruchten of kip, saffraan en volle smaken. Vamos! 🥘
