November is bringing another month of great music, packed dance floors, and some of our favorite nights out in Rochester. From downtown at Mercantile on Main to our home dance floor at Elevate and a post-Thanksgiving night at Vine & Tap, we’ve got plenty of reasons to get out and dance this month. Every event kicks off with a dance lesson, so whether you’re brand new or a regular on the dance floor, there’s something for everyone. And at just $10 cover, it’s an easy excuse to get out, meet new people, and enjoy a great night of dancing. Different venues, different vibes, and the same incredible dance community that makes every event worth showing up for. Save the dates, bring your friends, and we’ll see you on the dance floor! #RochesterNY #RochesterEvents #RochesterDance #Salsa #Bachata by @elyse.jurutka
Halloween Heels exceeded every expectation! The energy - insane. The outfits - absolutely fire. The dancing - 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼so so good. The sisterhood and connections made - beyond my wildest dreams. Y’all keep overwhelming me with your wonderful selves and I am so grateful. Grateful for this community. Grateful for this power. Grateful to watch women transform in front of my eyes. All of this amazing was already in you ladies, but I am so honored to encourage and support you while you let it out. Heels classes have changed me. As a dancer, a woman, a mom, and a fellow community organizer. If you haven’t tried yet, I highly encourage you to join us in November. To my partner in dance and photography- Hope Trawitz - thank you. For supporting me, for being the absolute most fun to collaborate with, and for capturing these moments for us. You are simply amazing and I love you! 💕 Come dance with us girl! You won’t regret it. Full photo album available on Facebook. #heels #heelsclass #halloweenheels #rochesterny #585 by @elyse.jurutka

Happy 6th birthday to my sweetie heart Myles Emery. Sitting here crying going through so many memories and realizing how much you have grown these past 6 years. My sweet boy, you made me a boy mama and my goodness, what a gift you are. You light up a room with your goofy energy and giant smile. Your hugs make every day brighter and the way you love your mama is like none other. You’re a wonderful brother, friend, athlete and human. I love you to the moon sweet boy. Happy happy birthday. We love you!!🥰❤️⚽️🏈 by @elyse.jurutka
What a fun, emotional and exhausting week celebrating this kid who has officially turned 👋🏾 ☝🏾 today! We are so pleased of the little man he is growing up to be. A caring brother to his sister and friends. The ultimate teammate. A lover of learning new things. Just a wonderful kid filled with humor and heart. My favorite little athlete.
