My Pilates alma mater. My mentors. My roots.
These humans taught me, challenged me, inspired me, and gave me so much of the foundation that shaped the teacher I am today.

And then Brent @drbrentpt told me he was proud of me… 🥹 wohooooo
That one hit differently 💃🏻
There is something incredibly special about making the people who taught you proud. My heart is VERY full today 💙with gratitude, love, and a little humble pride too… like a samurai.

I hope you know I learned well because you taught me well.
Forever grateful to my Polestar @polestarpilates family. ✨
And still learning. Always and forever ♾️ by @embench

While waiting for you @dbcfit 🙌🏽 quicky Pilates for my spine, shoulders, feet and grip… by @embench

Pilates hits different when the instructor is THAT good. 🤍

So proud of my friend @embench you absolutely crushed it today. Your energy, knowledge, and attention to detail made the class amazing.

10/10 would recommend. ✨

🏀 First time exploring Short Spine + Semi-Circle and discovering where real power 💥 begins:

Ribcage and Pelvis alignment, movement guided by deep 360 breathing!
Even the strongest athletes benefit from slowing down. Controlled, precise moves through breaths 🫁

Feeling truly honored and grateful to have been invited by @lululemon and @wellupcollective to such a beautiful Space to Feel event. ✨

We were so thoughtfully moved through an experience created by the wonderful soul @where.your.hope.lives and every detail felt delicate, intentional, elegant, and full of care 💫

As someone who is almost always in service (how lucky am I ) teaching, guiding, holding space, educating, and sharing Pilates and wellness with the Miami community for nearly 15 years 💫 it felt incredibly special to simply PAUSE and RECEIVE 🙏🏽

A heartfelt 💙thank you to the beautiful women of @wellupcollective and @cristinaisabelramirez for creating such a meaningful and stunning experience, and to @Lululemon @nurealfoodmiami for pampering us so lovingly here in Miami. 💙

What a gentle reminder that wellness is not only about giving… but also about allowing ourselves to receive.

MERCi BEAUCOUP 💙

Happy ⭐️ INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ⭐️ to ALL the super wonderful woman 💃🏻 in the world and HAPPY EarthDay 🌏 to our founder and Pilates ninja 🥷🏻 Emily Ruth 💙 who gifts us everyday with a smile, positivity 💛 Today we are celebrating a woman who lifts others up (sometimes literally… in a teaser). by @embench

Training excellence with the extraordinary Rebecca Allen 🇦🇺🏀 @bec.allen9 at @unrivaledbasketball

Elite performance is never accidental — it’s built from the smallest details 👀

On the Reformer today, we worked on refining her plank and the transition into side plank with absolute precision. From toes 👣 actively grounded, inner thighs engaged, pelvis organized… all the way up through ribcage mobility and intelligent shoulder integration 💪🏽 🧠 💥

And… wait for the surprise at the end of the video 👀

Behind the scenes, filming 🎥like a pro, is another incredibly talented basketball 🏀 player — Temi Fagbenle 👋 @temifagbenle

Strong women supporting strong women.
That’s the energy💙💙💙

LOVEISM.
Not the fairy-tale kind but the bold kind.
Today I’m celebrating love that’s colorful 💛💚💙❤️💜a little wild, deeply intentional…
and strong enough to hold itself 🆙

Because love isn’t something you fall into.
It’s something you rise in. ✨

Happy Valentines 💝 by @embench

Having a teacher- mentor who loves and cares about their craft and passing it on is one of the biggest blessings 🤍
