✨ @embodied.lighthall ✨ A space where dancehall, inner work & energy work come together. • Embodied lighthall stays for: Embodiment -> recconecting with your body Light -> recconecting with your inner authentic light Dancehall -> dive into the dancehall culture • A place where movement doesn’t just free your body—it connects you more deeply with yourself.🤍 • Embodied Lighthall (Shadow Work) Because nothing about you is broken, damaged, or wrong. You don’t need to become someone else—you only need to remember who you’ve always been. • This space isn’t about changing yourself. It’s about seeing, feeling, and embracing every part of you—even the parts you’ve kept in the shadows. And here lies the magic: when you stop trying to fix what isn’t broken, you finally come home to yourself. • 💫 Come dance, feel, and explore—and allow yourself to reconnect with who you truly are! • Make sure you FOLLOW for future updates✨️ things are comming🥹🩷 #dancehall🇯🇲 #personaldevelopement #energywork #growth #healingjourney #community #dance #movement #feelings #breakingfree #exploring #justbe #authenticity #classes #workshops #intensives by @embodied.lighthall

Whos the creator of EMBODIED LIGHTHALL: Serena Joost ak no bone @dance_to.life 🩷 • What does she say about EMBODIED LIGHTHALL: Beeing YOU, is the most beautiful gift you can ever give to yourself. I dedicate my life to my mission to serve this world with all the love i can give. Its my call to bring so much more awareness to selflove and to bring out authenticity. Its my call to reprogramm your mind that showing vulnerability has allways be a strenght!✨️ You don’t need to be fixed! You just need a space where you can finally exhale. Most of us have spent years trying to hold it all together, showing strength, proving our worth, staying busy so we don’t have to feel too much. But deep down, we know something’s missing. We’ve lost touch with our own truth. My work exists for that moment.. ..the moment you’re ready to stop pretending and start meeting yourself again.✨️🦋 In @embodied.lighthall we create a safe space for honesty. For the parts of you that have been silenced, hidden, or doubted. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up as you are. I’m not here to change who you are. I’m here to help you remember what’s already true. Because vulnerability isn’t weakness! It’s where real strength begins.🦋🤍 And when you start living from that place, everything else starts to make sense. If you feel that quiet pull inside, that whisper saying, it’s time!... then you’re exactly where you need to be🩷 • When ever your interested into an intensive workshop or priv.class write me a DM :) • 📸@satchephotography 💄@charlinebiagioni_ 🎵All this Time @fromsomewherequiet • #embodiedlighthall#personaldevelopement#energywork#reconnection#selflove#safespace#zurich by @embodied.lighthall

Our recommendation for you: dance your emotions OUT！💣💣 Never thought I’d be able to pull off a Dancehall Badman moves 🤯 I always thought I can only dance to more of a soft, feminine type of vibe … but this one?! It brought out a side of me I didn’t even know was there!! And honestly? After dancing it all out, I just felt SO damn good 🔥 This Dancehall Chakra Series, we focused on the Solar Plexus Chakra, the energy of confidence, power, and stepping into your most authentic self 🌞 It’s honestly amazing how dance can help you connect with parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there. To my dear Serena, thank you for always having a way of bringing us closer to our most authentic selves, and letting us discover who we are through movement 🫂 And now I’m SO curious about the next one: Heart Chakra. ❤️ What side of me are we going to unlock next? 👀 Stay tuned ✨ Teacher: @dance_to.life Community: @embodied.lighthall Respect to all the step creators 🫡 🇯🇲 🫶🏼 @ellidon.footonflamez @footonflamez.dancecrew #dancehall #chakrahealing #dancetherapy by @embodied.lighthall
✨️DANCEHALL CHAKRA JOURNEY SERIE✨️ My heart feels so full after holding this room! 🧡-Sacral chakra weekend-🧡 There was something so deeply intimate about what we shared. We danced. We laughed. We cried. We released. We softened. We let the layers fall away. We allowed ourselves to feel what was there. And for a little while, we didn’t have to be strong. We could simply be.🌌 I feel so grateful for every open heart, every tear, every trembling breath, every moment of surrender.🪐 It’s such a privilege to witness people come home to themselves🫂 📍Zürich ✨️Next weekend: August 15 & 16 If you're longing for a space where you can move, feel, reconnect with yourself and leave with something deeper than just a class, this journey is for you. ❣️Very limited spots to keep the experience intimate and meaningful.❣️ DM me to join or for more information. Follow my account @embodied.lighthall There i share every thing around experiences like this serie :) @captured.bylele thank you love💓 #embodiedlighthall #energywork #dancehall #dancehallchakraserie #personalgrowth by @embodied.lighthall
Watch us reclaim ourselves✨ This was our first mini-project together, and it’s crazy how much pressure we put on ourselves trying to make everything perfect. But the moment we let go, trusted the process, and allowed ourselves to be present… something shifted 🥹 We took space. We moved beyond expectations. We found freedom through movement. Is it perfect? No. But I’m so proud of us for coming this far 🫂 Thank you, our dear Serena, for believing in us and never giving up on us 🤍 🧠 @dance_to.life @embodied.lighthall 🎵 Sexy by @therealtank, Perfect by @trulydyani, Oil it by @mrkilla 💃🏻 @dtaylor200022 @hallo.imphoebe #dancehallfemale #womenempowerment by @embodied.lighthall
This video makes me cry!😭 2020 & NOW (2026) 7 years ago, I didn't want to be here anymore. I didn't love my body. I didn't love my life. I didn't love myself. It took years. Years of facing the parts of myself I wanted to run from. Years of choosing to stay when it would have been easier to give up. Years of doing the inner work, peeling back layer after layer, learning that my worth was never something I had to earn. Today, I help women find the version of themselves they thought they had lost. Because I know what it's like to feel hopeless. And I know what it feels like to come home to yourself. 🩷🫂 #innerwork #embodiedlighthall #dance #energywork #selflove by @embodied.lighthall
