POSTS STORIES REELS

As I commence my third trip around the @instituteofregenerativehealth Sun I am officially going to start sharing more of what I have learnt and continue to learn; casting aside the ‘who am I to share knowledge’ goblins of my heart!!!

I have resisted creating an online presence because there are just too many aspects about social media that give me the ick but I realize more and more that when there is something feeling off balance or icky its just a reflection of my own insecurities, judgements and limiting beliefs.

My deepest desire is for a beautiful world full of vibrancy, vitality, kindness, abundance, laughter and joy. I want this as much for myself as I do for every other being on this planet! I have never desired to hold more knowledge, money, joy or sovereignty than the next person. I retreat when I perceive social media wisdom, selling, bullying, postering or gate keeping. So it has been my own fear of contributing to the perceived mess that has kept me inert but I realise in doing that I am just sitting on my bum, probably doing exactly what I said I don’t like but just dressed it up in a different costume! The mask of Self Righteousness feels sexy at times!!!

So that’s it fellow voyeurs – you are going to see a lot more about what I have been learning and what has been resonating with me as well as what has been working with my clients. I will never be an expert, I am most definitely not a Dr and one thing that I am always sure of is that – in the scheme of the truth of the Universe – we know pretty little!!! But we have to start somewhere and the above slides are a window in to my own hearts truth – one that I have tested and questioned over and over again especially as a T1 diabetic looking for my cure. But where I land time and time again is – taking the life of another living being will never serve my wellbeing and even if in some twisted universe it did – I don’t want it. So enjoy the messages from my heart as well as some knowledge from my favourite wisdom whisperers @carriedrinkwine by @embodyingjade

Testimonial from a beautiful young client who is now asking for books and references on the Regenerative Lifestyle that helped her find more ease and freedom in her body. My greatest desire is for everyone to remember the language of their body so that they never have to outsource their healing ever again. by @embodyingjade

Some of the most potent healing is found in the every day sacred – and they’re available to every one of us, for free.

In today’s ‘wellness’ world, the fancy supplements and biohacks promising transformation, are often dancing the same allopathic cha-cha, albeit wearing a regeneratively grown, organic cotton kaftan. I am not trying to be facetious as I whole heartedly believe this space holds the answers for deep healing of self and planet, BUT we must stay attuned, awake, conscious and not confuse the packaging for the path.

There are undoubtedly amazing products and tools of great wizardry - many of which I use and deeply value, especially when guiding clients through chronic or complex conditions—although; they’re not the whole picture and should not be used in isolation and should not be used without deeply honouring the foundations of life itself.

When and how we sleep, what we put into and on our bodies, how we breath, how we think, how we feel, how we relate and how we respond is deep and profound medicine.

The fanciest protocols can only go so far when we are not grounded in our roots. So before reaching for the next big fix, anchor back in to the natural world. True healing starts here.✨

If you’re finding it hard to consistently access these foundations then this is where a little focus could have a profound impact on your healing. by @embodyingjade

Happiest Birthday to my dancing bestest 😍
I know I shouldn’t be making my first lame reel wishing you happy birthday and I should be with you on a European dance floor watching the ambulance take “old Jade” away but alas. Here we are.
Forgive me soon so we can laugh the hardest of everyone in the room and dance like no one else can, quite literally 🤪 LOVE YOU …. You have the biggest pile of Jade IOU’s which literally makes you the richest man on the planet - what more could you ask for 😆 thank you for always going 1000 xtra miles, for making me laugh, for wiping my tears, for dancing with me, for talking space particles and bullshit with me whenever I need and for simply always being in my corner. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Loooooove you @nikopotamus86 by @embodyingjade

FUNDRAISER UPDATE
Nine days back, we started a fundraiser for 25 lakhs to help get us started on our newly-acquired piece of land. AND WE'VE DONE IT! Thank you all for coming together and helping us reach our target. We are truly overwhelmed with your faith in Goodoo.

An extra-special thank you to @embodyingjade for taking on our fundraiser as if it were her own, starting a matching campaign on her Instagram account, and giving us the single largest push to get to our target. Jade, you're one of a kind. Much love and respect from everyone at Goodoo. 💛

Thank you all, again, for your large hearts. In the months to come, we will start intake again. This time, in Goodoo 2.0! Dog bless! 💛💛🧿

PS.—All Goodoo dogs featured in this post have passed on, but gave us immense love and strength in their time with us. They continue to fuel Goodoo as we do Dog's work. by @embodyingjade

Testimonial from another cherished client who has been an avid co-creator of her protocols and has never been shy to ask 'why?'. 'Why' is always a crucial step towards health sovereignty.

You are your own healer and I am just here to help you remember that. by @embodyingjade
