of all the music and bands I followed throughout my life, the Grateful Dead was always my favorite to find the most beautiful music, family, and community. The artwork, the culture, the spirit, and the places the music takes you will forever hold such a special place in my heart. 🌹⚡️

awesome day getting to meet the Drums & Space @gratefuldead hero, @mickeyhart he shared that his job is transportation for the mind to other places through his rhythms and vibrations. I had the chance to thank him for the most incredible journeys through sound that i ever experienced because of his music. music is medicine.

Thank you, @summit for bringing together such extraordinary minds and beautiful souls and creating a space where music, art, inspiration, and community come together. Slide 20 is from when Bobby came to summit LA 2018 #nfa ❤️💙⚡️🌹 by @embryfox

Ending the burn with a Dead House set for my Dead Head parents felt like pure Euphoria. Being inside Symbio’s beautiful tent (thank you @nicobernardiniofc) surrounded by my parents and my tribe, watching people hug and thank my parents, is something that brings me deep gratitude and joy. Nothing better than seeing my front row for life (slide 7) hugging and crying and rejoicing.

Maybe going through a bit of adversity, or at least not having all our creature comforts and actually having to do a bit of work for our basic needs, does make the highs actually feel higher (and people used to say that and I would kinda roll my eyes, but I think they are on to something 🙃). Xander put it in a cool way today. He said “we just get dopamine hit after dopamine hit with Artist Relations folks providing pretty much anything we need and at Burning Man you finally have to throw your hands up, be ok with not knowing whats going to happen and work through 3 day white outs. Your dopamine isn’t being blasted every second so you finally get to feel it!”
Feeling > dissociation (most of the time 🥸)

Extra love to all the people who are so damn patient with me. Loved sharing that experience with you: @jfishbird @kailynavery @xanda.jpg @lynhhx_ @lilnatdawg @jewduhsilver (who celebrated his 50th show of mine out there… more to come on that later 😉) by @embryfox

happy ONE to Romeo 🎂💘 #firsttriparoundthesun 🪐

Happy Birthday to Romeo Ocean. When we turn 1, we unify the mind, body and soul as one. in my experience it truly takes 12 months to become what feels human again for me as a mama and babies go through the most milestones in the shortest amount of time so at 1 it all starts to come together and we both become individuals. the first 12 months of human life are truly remarkable. we are complex little creatures and it takes everything you’ve got to bring them earthside and then get through the first year together. So much to celebrate today. Happy first trip around the sun to my little love light. You are true love, Romeo. Grateful for his beautiful little Leo energy. He truly encompasses his source energy. Big and bright and full of light + infinite stars. I have learned so much this year from this little guy. 🙏🏼🌹❤️♾️💙☀️🦁💘 #happybirthday by @embryfox

🌴better late than never! had to document how epic this past weekend was with the best of friends, new ones & the most insane talent at summit. @summit at sea 🌊 on my birthday 🎂was by far the best celebration of life yet. it was a beautiful reunion for all of us and it was my favorite summit event I’ve ever attended ☀️ It was dialed by the incredible team and everyone was so happy to be together. the @virginvoyages 🚢 cruise ship was absolutely next level. The day of my birthday we went to 🏝️Bimini island and had the best beach day ever amongst the most beautiful ocean in the Bahamas🏖️ we then danced 🪩 the whole night through to the most amazing music. I will never forget this weekend. infinite gratitude for all of the love in my life and for all of you beautiful people that make this life so incredible. stoked for this new decade. I’ve truly never felt better ❤️💃🏼🦊🏄🏼‍♀️🦋🦄🌈🎂💕⚡️#4.0 by @embryfox

It’s a beautiful day! Everyone go get a copy and listen to @lpgiobbi ‘s new album LIGHT PLACES released today🌞 🎹 She is the most amazing musician I know and everything she creates is a beautiful masterpiece.

Also go pick up some clothing from the most insanely talented @meghan_fabulous — her new Grateful Dead Fab line is next level. I have never seen a more epic Grateful Dead line.

Honored to get to work with both of these incredible artists. When all of your worlds of music & fashion & the @gratefuldead collide it feels pretty awesome.

‘Once in a while you get shown the light, In the strangest of places if you look at it right’ 🌹💀
