PRAISE JESUS I GET TO MARRY MY BEST FRIEND!!!🤍💍
Over 5 years ago I met the man that I said “Yes” to today! How wonderful is our God to hand pick us for one another! June 2027 cannot come soon enough! I love you forever, Connor Burrow! Every prayer has led me to be your wife!🤍 by @emilyyyy.turner

Week of a lifetime spent at Yale School of Medicine!🩺💙⚕️📚

When I reflect on what this past week means to me, I can’t help but think how my journey towards becoming a physician has already been so divinely orchestrated by God! What started with simply choosing Troy 3 1/2 years ago, led me to friendships, mentors, advisors, professors, and opportunities that have shaped me in ways I never could have planned for myself. Being asked to spend a week at Yale learning about their program and Medical School feels like another reminder that God has been ordering my steps all along, opening doors I didn’t even know to pray for and showing me that His plans for my life are far greater than anything I could imagine for myself. Seeing the incredible advancements happening in medicine and witnessing things before my eyes that felt truly astonishing and almost unbelievable reminded me just how much God is working through the hands and minds of people. I cannot wait for the day when I get to contribute to that work, pour into others, and use the knowledge He has given me to make a difference. I say all of this to say, being chosen for the opportunity to attend this program at Yale School of Medicine this week means more to me than imaginable. It has furthered my drive to pursue medicine, deepened my appreciation for my support system I have in my family, friends, and Troy family, and reminded me that God equips the called. Even the dreams I once thought were out of reach are possible because He orders my steps. One step closer to fulfilling what I’ve spent so long praying for! by @emilyyyy.turner
