The most luxurious and prestigious Global Gathering of leaders of tomorrow.

The Eminence Accord is an invitation to young individuals who have distinguished themselves through their ideas, ambitions and achievements.

Whether you are an aspiring diplomat with a passion for international affairs, a fashion creative with an original perspective, an entrepreneur building something meaningful or a technologist working towards the next breakthrough, there is a place for exceptional talent across all four disciplines.

Beginning with our international Forums in Canada, the United Kingdom and China, and culminating in the Grand Eminence Accord in Melbourne, the experience is designed to offer far more than a conventional conference.

Expect inspiring company, spirited competition, extraordinary destinations, memorable evenings and the opportunity to form friendships and professional relationships that may last a lifetime.

Participation is exclusively by invitation, with selection based on merit, potential and the individuality each candidate brings to the gathering.

Some opportunities are worth more than the occasion itself. This is intended to be one of them. by @eminenceaccord

Four committees. Four ways of understanding the world. One Accord.

Diplomacy considers cooperation, negotiation and public leadership.

Fashion explores design, craftsmanship, identity and cultural influence.

Entrepreneurship examines how ideas become ventures, how value is created and how enterprise responds to changing needs.

Technology investigates invention, emerging tools and the judgement required to shape their human consequences.

Their meeting gives Eminence its wider purpose. A question that begins in one discipline may find its most compelling response through the insight of another.

Bring the depth of your field. Make room for what another can teach you.

An extraordinary experience begins with the company you keep.

The Eminence vision brings together exceptional young leaders, emerging talent and voices from distinguished institutions, enterprising families and creative communities, alongside invited luminaries.

Across several days, the envisioned experience moves from red-carpet arrivals and thoughtful introductions to committee discussions, fashion exhibits and a live business and investment expo. Evenings unfold through grand halls, gala dining, dance and private social occasions, including planned yacht gatherings.

A substantial prize pool, eco initiatives, exclusive charity auctions, time capsules and international press outreach extend the ambition beyond the gathering itself.

Our intention is for the perspectives, introductions and relationships formed here to become far more valuable than the invitation.

By invitation. With purpose. Towards 2027.

Programme, venues, guests, prizes and media arrangements remain subject to final confirmation.

What would it feel like to be there?

For accomplished young minds preparing to shape the world ahead, Eminence proposes a setting worthy of the work and responsibility that ambition entails.

Time to understand a presentation. To examine a collection. To continue a conversation over dinner, then return to it the following morning.

The planned Eminence experience brings intellectual exchange and creative showcases into a programme shaped by exceptional hospitality, gala evenings and private social occasions. Eco initiatives, charity auctions and time capsules would give the gathering a longer horizon.

The wider ambition includes hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes and outreach to more than 600 international media agencies. These remain planned; prize arrangements and media participation are unconfirmed, and coverage is not guaranteed.

What could you bring home from a gathering like this?

For accomplished young minds preparing to shape the world ahead, Eminence proposes a setting worthy of the work and responsibility that ambition entails.

A more useful question. Feedback from someone with a different perspective. A conversation that gives you a reason to keep in touch.

Eminence is being designed around the substance of participation: work worth discussing, relevant introductions and shared time across several days. Your contribution gives those encounters a place to begin.

The possibilities depend on the people involved and what they choose to pursue afterwards.

What makes Eminence different?

For accomplished young minds preparing to shape the world ahead, Eminence proposes a setting worthy of the work and responsibility that ambition entails.

Its ambition begins with the connection between four disciplines: Diplomacy, Fashion, Entrepreneurship and Technology. Each brings a different way to understand what an idea could become.

The planned programme combines committee exchange, presentations, fashion exhibits and enterprise showcases. Participants would have the opportunity to examine actual work and encounter the thinking behind it.

Three Eminence Forum Conferences are planned for Canada, the United Kingdom and China, culminating in The Eminence Accord in Melbourne in 2027.
