I'm a full time working mum trying to fit in running & triathlon training. I will never be the fastest but this is my journey to reaching my goals!

You can probably tell I over thought this attempt at 50kg 😅

But on the 2nd attempt I got it! Not a pb but a weight i've only got above my head a handful of times!

Lots of things to work on 😀

I'm really starting to enjoy snatches! It's been a journey of hating them, not having the mobility for them, avoiding them, laughing about them & finally starting to see & feel like they are improving!

Loads to work on but feeling a lot happier about them!

Thanks coach @ellisrees_ for the pointers this morning & great to have you back!

Deficit deadlifts...it was a new movement for me! And boy did it make that weight feel a whole lot harder than normal!!!!

Friday Snatchy snatchy...the movement felt good but going any heavier really sucked lol

I massively get into my head with snatches & struggle to go up in weight...but keeping at it & gaining confidence is where I am right now...& that'll do!

Thanks for the pointers coach @psypickett

All the greys at the lake this morning...would you believe that these are colour photos???

A lovely leg stretch to start my day! I might have to get the head torch out soon! 🔦

Watching sunrise while floating around in the sea was exactly what I needed! My soul just wanted to float!

Thanks to @briantilley8 for persuading me to swim for a little bit too 😁

Truly grateful for this morning 🙏
