Nobody got into real estate to spend their Sundays stressing over social content!

But somehow there you are. Sitting in front of a blank screen, posting inconsistently, and watching other agents grow online while you’re still trying to figure out what to post this week.

The issue usually isn’t effort. It’s not having a system that actually makes content easier. So I put together a free prompt guide with 5 Claude prompts designed to take the most time-consuming parts of social off your plate.

💬 Comment CLAUDE below and I’ll send it straight to your DMs by @emmajames.cb

BREAKING NEWS 🌟 Your most important metrics are now front and center —with new additions like engagement rate to give you a clearer picture of how your content is actually performing.

→ Bottom line: Better Data = Better Decisions

Stronger hooks, smarter strategy, and more of what your audience actually engages with!

Two of the most important conversations in our industry right now, social media and AI, are coming together in a meaningful way this Wednesday. @CB_Lindsay and the CBR Social Media team are inviting all of our Coldwell Banker agents to join us as we talk through how to thoughtfully integrate AI into your social presence, from content creation to how you show up in AI-driven search and beyond.

If you’re focused on staying relevant, visible, and intentional in how you build your business, this is a conversation worth being part of.

34.2% of listings are seeing price reductions. This is the highest we’ve seen in over a decade.

And most agents are responding the same way:
→ drop the price and hope it works

But this market isn’t slower. It’s more strategic.

The agents winning right now are the ones who know how to reposition listings, reset expectations, and lead stronger conversations with their sellers.

This isn’t a pricing problem. It’s a positioning problem.

Coldwell Banker Realty has built-in resources to support this shift: Revive My Listing, CBU tools, and pricing training. The advantage comes from actually using them.

Please save this and review your current listings this week. Are you reacting or repositioning? by @emmajames.cb
