NYC Marathon Weekend 2026.
What a blast.
2 years in the making, but we finally made it!
Who knew running could be just as fun as spectating.

Huge thank you to @wahoo_ct for planting this desire and opportunity into my life and to my sissy @addiearyan for being the best running buddy ever.

10/10 weekend.

Turkey 🇹🇷
I lived in a very small village in Turkey for a job at a wellness retreat when I was 18, but I never had the chance to explore Istanbul, so luckily my cousin gave us a reason to go back! It was a week full of morning coastal runs, market trips, mosques, family time, the best nectarines, and officiating my cousins wedding!

Thank you @kendall__ryan__ and @twicethekenergy for letting me be part of your special day. 🫶🏻

I’m heading back to the states feeling inspired and excited about what’s ahead for @eatatplant. 💚 by @emmaryanvc

🇦🇺 Australia, Week One: My 7th Continent!!! 🌎

Exploring Australia with @_livingtothemax was truly the best start to our trip! Small towns, great views, new friends, and the tastiest food. Forever grateful we met “Mama Max” in the Arctic last year and that she showed us around her stomping grounds. Can’t wait for the next! by @emmaryanvc

Ironman 70.3 Oregon || my first 70.3!!

The BEST day. I loved every mile.

7 months ago I had never swam a lap in my life and 8 months ago I was on crutches. 🤣 I never thought I could do something like this, but this was the first of many!! I’m so grateful for the months of training, the best race day experience, all of the support and help from friends along the way, and my team of sherpas during the race. 10/10 experience. by @emmaryanvc

my first triathlon 🫶🏻
After attempting to train for my first marathon last fall and winding up on crutches, somehow we made it here. Training for my first 70.3 is underway and my first Olympic distance triathlon last weekend was full of fun + a lot of lessons learned. 😅 by @emmaryanvc
