Fast training instead of doing class today, just to check if I Still can do #pdlifts , #pdbirdofparadise and #pdcompass. Happy to see that it’s Still OK even if I hadn’t tried it since montes 🥰

It’s been a while I didn’t have time enough to train on what I would like. So today I took time to train this combo from hypnotic @majogomez.ch ... of course, less flowly but happy anyway.

Quick combo after classes, with an entry on pole asked by my student @shesafae_pole , a shape wéve worked on during classes inspired by @julie_arnould_ and the very fashionned #pdbradypus that we can see everywhere on instagram those weeks 😉
I hope you will like the result 💚

Yesterday, class turned into #poletraining with @nenetteftw and @laetitia_saunier 💜 we had great moments trying some #polespinning stuffs like this #pdbozinasplit and #pddoubleknot at #dragonpoledance 🥰
I tried to mix everything in a combo at the end, adding a personnal transition into libellula, of course !
Well, I know I took some time grab my foot on this video but I had no time to redo it before next class... So I share it, let’s see 😉 I hope you will like it anyway !! by @emmeline_dragon_pole

Trying to make a little vidéo between classes with some elements my students worked on : this drop from #pdcupid to #pdinsideleghang and the final shape #pdforearmbutterflyvariation seen on @caroline_mortain_fly_away 💜
I hope you'll like it !!

Little training on sunday evening with @shesafae_pole 🩷 it’s been a while since I didnt tried this deep #pdspatchcock and I' happy to see how easy it was to enter in, but I felt hard to keep the grip with the upper foot ! I will try again later !
