Reggaeland 2026 with my King 🇯🇲 ❤️💛💚 by @empress_niamh

It wasn’t just about turning up to training sessions, it was everything in between.
The self talk, the discipline, the diet, choosing that lifestyle day in and day out, to show the inner child in me that I can be the person I always dreamt of.
Never grew up athletic, never grew up knowing what a good diet was - I had to choose to learn, choose to change and choose to want better for myself ❤️
you can choose how the next year plays out 🫶🏼 to the point I don’t even recognise that girl in the first video!

A little collection of some of the products me & @rasta_nakmuay choose to use in our home 🌱

Over time we’ve become more conscious of the products we use daily from body wash, body butters and feminine care to even the smaller everyday essentials.

For us it’s about reading ingredients, choosing cleaner options when possible, and finding products that align more with how we want to live.

These are just some of our personal favourites and the reasons behind them 🌱

Part of that 0.01% 🥋

Big shoutout to @rasta_nakmuay my lifeline.
The one who believes in me, before I believe in myself. The one who picks me up when I’m down, the one who sacrifices his time to teach me, mentor and guide me. The one who pushes me to be the best version of myself.
The definition of a man who leads, guides and protects. Jah really blessed me when it came to you. You introduced me to Muay Thai and a whole new life and im eternally grateful.
Together I believe anything is possible, my soulmate. Thank you for standing in my corner, not just on fight night, but every single day. I couldn’t have done any of it without you.

Dream team, Rasta & Empress ❤️💚💛
