never formally introduced myself, so here’s the lore for my 100th post: i’m serenity. analyst by day, begrudging gym girl by night. overdressed always, eternally in the mood for a pretty restaurant, garden, or bothering my cat. i post my life, lose followers, and do it again. よろしくね〜 #vancouvercreator #gymgirlie #gettoknowme #introduction #fyp by @ena__diaries

came home from halloween as tomie and the power was out filmed this in the dark and halfway through it came back on and everything in the house started beeping at the same time 1:30am. happy halloween 🖤 . . . . . #tomie #junjiito #伊藤潤二 #cosplay #halloween by @ena__diaries

watched obsession twice and i’d do it again. the acting in it was so good, and the movie took place in such a small number of spaces, it felt so believable. insane nonetheless, but you know. @laineystudio freestyled this set, all I did was show up ✌️honestly, such a blessing to have a nail tech I can trust my hands with 🥹 which nail is your favourite? Mine is the one wish willow (and YES it’s hand painted.) what wish would you have made? and more importantly, if you haven’t seen it yet, what’re you waiting for? #halloweennails #nailart #nailinspo #obsessionmovie #horrormovie #darknails #octobernails by @ena__diaries
when i tell you. i thought my feet were damn near about to fall off before taking these pics. good lord i went to this museum and it was just about the biggest museum i've ever been to in my life. trust me, i’m a huge nerd. love me a museum, and this was next level. thought this was going to be small like the other museums i'd seen in japan but nope, absolutely not. i only saw 1.5 exhibits out of idek how many, maybe 6? seven? don't remember. needless to say, she was large. living for it, but my feet were not 🙅‍♀️ it was mesmerizing, though. when you go to museums in canada, you see things from the 1800s and think “gosh, that's old.” … then you go to a country like japan and see things from the 6th century and you even comprehend that. i mean, you wash your clothes and they fall apart, you buy an appliance and it stops working in about a year if you're lucky. it makes you wonder how something from the 6th century survived at all, we’re so used to everything being temporary. it pointed out how “young” a country canada is in comparison (young in the sense of when it was “formally” established, there were people here long before any settlers.) i wish i could have spent more time here, but there were ten minutes to closing and they were essentially telling people to leave. that being said, there was no way i was going to walk past that staircase without a photo. i did what i needed to do, defo made the right decision nuance nails by @laineystudio (duh,) last slide ☆ second to last photo reminds me of school photo day where they force you to smile, awkward butttt kinda cute 🌸 #ootd #fallstyle #maxidress #layeredlook #museumday by @ena__diaries
halloween over the years i went with characters i always wanted to be as a kid. i always wanted to be chunli since i started playing streetfighter two on my super nintendo… and i finally did it, and then sailor mars was my second loved sailor moon always wanted to be sailor mars ♥️ chun-li, sailor mars, and one cat in a pumpkin sweater the costumes rotate. sage's does not #halloween #halloweencostume #chunli #sailormars #cosplay #spookyseason #catsofinstagram #fall #autumnvibes by @ena__diaries
the black cat at night. went for dinner, stayed for the staircase. this building genuinely impressed me, i wasn’t sure what i was expecting when i stepped in, but a well kept victorian architecture building was not it, and i was floored in the best way possible. #blackcat #nightout #octobernights #darkaesthetic #oldbuilding #moonlight #victorianarchitecture by @ena__diaries
the argyle was planned. the golden hour was luck. the squirrel was a paid actor. what’s your fave fall vibe 🍂? dark academia is up there for me 🖤 #darkacademia #fall #autumn #argyle #goldenhour by @ena__diaries
some other snippets of vandusen during harvest days. swipe to end 4 ducks ... well, not 4 but, im not spoiling how many there were. #Autumn #Fall #vandusengardens #harvestdays #explore the trees were doing exactly what i needed them to do. honestly autumn tree viewing is kind of underrated, we need that to be a thing. imagine sitting in a park with a pumpkin spice latte and just watching the leaves fall. perfection. the lily pads were so nice to see, too 🪷 (i know this is a lotus, leave me alone.) dramatic hair flip and side profile combo deal anyways here’s some ducks because they were cute. one kept sneezing, or hiccuping (hard to tell) and started drinking a ton of water ... or eating. hard to tell. by @ena__diaries
