ENDLESS FEST is an annual DIY hardcore festival in NYC. Our first year raised 13k for @abcnorio’s reopening. We also book local shows sometimes. 🖤

POSTS STORIES REELS

Endless Fest Presents: @wllnssnyc (NYC - Album Release Show) & malevich.band (GA - On Tour) with support from @stress.spells (NJ) and @fatepropelsthefallingscythe (NYC).

Wellness (members/ex-members of Liturgy, Massa Nera, Chepang, Heavenly Blue, etc.) bring their chaotic mathcore intensity back to TV Eye for their album release show this September. Malevich, known for their crushing mix of blackened screamo, post-metal, sludge, and grind, will co-headline the bill as part of their 2-week east coast tour.

I can’t express the gratitude of doing @endlessfestnyc asking 26 bands to do this fest to meet our goal for @abcnorio which guys! WE DID IT!!!! We raised the 10k!! I’m at awe and was reminded of the power of community that ABC No Rio has and how this weekend everyone came through and donated, made some shirts, won some records and prices and just bruised their knees and lost their voices screaming and dancing to all of their favorite bands or even yet discover new bands to get in to it! For me that’s the magic of ABC!

I’m so thankful for the love of my life, my partner @ajlovestacos I couldn’t do this without her. The collective for coming in all three days! @gav_marcus for believing in us and being super supportive of us!

If I keep writing I’m gonna cry so here are some old photos of ABC No Rio and some of volunteers reunited 10 years later :) THANK YOU!! ALL OF YOU!!

See you at ABC No Rio this fall! ;) by @endlessfestnyc

Endless Fest at TV Eye in Brooklyn, June 12 to 14. 26 bands across three nights, all playing for free to fund ABC No Rio's PA and AV system at the new 156 Rivington building. After almost a decade in exile, the community centre is months away from opening its doors again.

The full multi artist interview is up on IDIOTEQ🧷com and it's really worth a read!

We sat down with Saetia, Lord Snow, Hundreds of AU, Nø Man, Uniform, Sunrot and The State Secedes (their first show in 27 years), alongside organisers Aeryn Santillan and Anaïs of Genuine Connection, Gavin from ABC No Rio, plus the labels, shop and orgs putting in the work behind the scenes: Larry Records, C86'd, Iodine Recordings, Sunken Temple Records, Limited to One and PM Press.

What comes through across every conversation is the same thing. ABC has shaped this community for over four decades, and this fest exists because people who learned how to organise, volunteer and play music inside its walls want to make sure the next generation gets that same space. Billy from Saetia started volunteering with Food Not Bombs at ABC in 1994. Anaïs lost her home and community when the building closed in 2016. The State Secedes are reuniting after 27 years specifically because this is a benefit for ABC.

If you can be in Brooklyn this weekend, come through. If you can't, you can donate at abcnorio.org/support/donate.
