We will raffle a pair of shoes today from @runntri !

Sometime after 12pm, we will go Facebook Live and draw a winner from those that have registered early, you still have time! (Registration will still be open through Saturday for additional door prizes. But the cut off for the shoe raffle is today 3/11/26 at noon)

You don’t have to run to win, just register!

We are two registrations away from breaking $1000 in money for the Epilepsy Foundation! My goal is at least $2000, we can do this!

Time truly does fly. A year ago seems like yesterday.

I still get flashbacks from our Friday conversations in the shop and all those pre race pep talks.

Legends never die, they only level up and continue to fill us with wisdom from above.

Today your banner hangs at @runntri in remembrance of you @demandorun. Just now re reading all the kind comments on your banner speaks volume to the person you were.

@themasters week has come and gone.. but it’s now time for the continuation of the best two weeks in golf with this week being the @rbcheritage in Hilton Head S.C.

Hilton Head will always have a special place in my heart as it was the first professional golf course I ever played with lifetime friend @cmarucco. It was the first time on vacation golf where both @countryclubmisfit14 and I made eagles in a 24 period (and we’ve played ALOT of golf in 24 hours before this) and it was the last place I played golf with my dad before his stroke took away his ability to golf.

Im thankful for all those moments and truly won’t ever forget any of them.

The first two days of @movember are in the books! My goal this Movember is to raise $4000 by rowing 200,000 meters while capping the month off with a 42,000m row aka a Marathon Row. (date and time to be determined)

I won’t go deep into personal issues here on a social platform but fitness has carried me through some of my darkest days. It gives me a reason to be social, it gives me a reason to Strive to be better for myself, my kids, my friends and my family. It’s provided an outlet for endorphins and friendships built through a community of people who are accepting and understanding. It provides growth and often times a friend to lean on when the bad days happen.

Without a doubt the friends I have made through @runntri since 2011 and @crewfitness1 since 2019 have kept my mental health at bay. I full heartedly believe it.

Unfortunately in this chaotic world many men don’t find the outlet necessary and those dark days take a turn for the worse. “Toughing” it out just doesn’t work, it will never work. I’m hoping with my efforts and many more raising funds this month that the @movember foundation can help reduce suicide statistics for men by 25% before 2030.

I hit 200 lbs for the first time in 3 years this morning (this is a good thing for me) the last time I put effort like this into lifting and gaining some weight/muscle I CRUSHED my fall/winter running. Thanks @crewfitness1 for keeping me motivated week in and week out. And thanks to all those who keep showing up for my 5:30 am classes. You don’t know how much that means to me to see your (tired) but smiling faces! Like it truly does motivate me daily.

Fitness is a lifelong journey if you choose to always keep changing! 185lbs me and 200lbs me still wear the same size pants, still wear the same size shirt and still put forth my best effort on the days I can.

Life’s hard but so are you! CHOOSE YOUR HARD!

I’ve easily been to 150 or more live concerts the last 20 years of my life but last night certainly will forever be a hard one to top! Josie & I went to @thewharfamp to see @phish and had an amazing time. The crowd was friendly, the music was grooving and she loved every minute of it!
