POSTS STORIES REELS

We’re closing our little studio. 💚

On 27th October, we’ll say goodbye to Energize.

Two years. More than 5,500 bookings. Over 400 five-star reviews. And so many people we’ll miss seeing each week.

To everyone who walked through our doors, shared their stories, brought a friend or trusted us with their recovery — thank you. And to everyone who helped build the space or keep it running, we couldn’t have done it without you.

You’ve all been apart of something so special.

We’re proud of what we built, and letting go is hard. But there’s a vision we’ve held onto for a long time, and we’re giving ourselves the time and energy to work towards it.

We’re full of gratitude and excitement, and we’d love you to stay part of the journey.

All members have been contacted directly. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Lauren & Mitch x by @energize.recovery

Meet the founders of Energize Recovery ⚡️

Lauren and Mitch share a love for all things health & wellness. What started as a passion project - has led to an incredible space for athletes, active lifestyles and wellness warriors to enjoy affordable yet luxurious recovery practices.

Mitch has a background in marketing, music and running events in the nightlife scene. When he puts down his headphones, he’s running marathons (and ultras), lifting weights, soaking in the ice bath, listening to podcasts or brainstorming his next goal or business idea.

Lauren is a Registered Nurse, studying Exercise Science with the goal to transition into Exercise Physiology. She lives by the principle of “movement as medicine” - integrating running, strength training and pilates in her routine. Her interests include eating good food, socialising and self-development.

Together, Lauren & Mitch bring a wealth of experience and passion to Energize Recovery. They have a goal to make each individual’s experience at Energize one to remember.

The sign you’ve been waiting for by @energize.recovery

Sauna and cold water immersion are usually associated with sore muscles - but emerging research suggests their benefits may extend to stress, mood, sleep and overall mental wellbeing too.

Your body works hard. Your mind does too. Give both a chance to rest & reset 💚

The last one 😂

4 min cold Q&A with Mitchy (but changing the questions) 👀 by @energize.recovery

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to assume the people around us are doing fine — especially those who always seem to have everything under control.

We know what it’s like to keep showing up, even when you’re feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed.

Today is a reminder to check in on your mates. Send the text, make the call, grab a coffee or go for a walk — and take the time to genuinely listen.

Not just today, but every day.

Our inbox is always open if you ever need a friendly chat or someone to listen.
