And just like that, Open House is officially in the books! 💛

What a week it was! From packed classes and new faces to raffle tickets, amazing vendors, and the Energy Triathlon, our clubs were full of energy from start to finish. 🔥💪
Even with a little Nor’easter trying to rain on our parade Saturday, our members still showed up, brought the vibes, took on the Triathlon, and finished Open House strong!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped in, tried something new, supported our vendors, grabbed a raffle ticket, took a class, or simply came by to see what Energy is all about. We loved having you! 💛

And if you didn’t get a chance to stop in during Open House, or the weather kept you home Saturday, that’s okay! Come see us another day. Grab your FREE 5-day pass through the link in our bio and come experience the Energy for yourself! 🔥

We've received some pretty serious complaints lately... ⭐

Apparently, making new friends, finding your favorite class, and getting pushed to reach your goals are all things we should be apologizing for. 🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, we have no plans to change. 💛

Swipe to see our worst reviews. 👀
Curious what all the complaints are about? Hit the link in our bio and come experience it for yourself! 💪

RYDE OR DIE! 🚴‍♀️⚡️
Huntington, the energy at our Energy After Dark: Pedals & Pours event was AMAZING!

We had a full class, great music, and even better company! 🔥
And the fun didn't stop when RYDE ended! We loved getting to spend some time with everyone during our social hour, catching up, sharing some laughs, and enjoying the community we're building together. 🥂

This is what Energy is all about! Bringing people together, making connections, and having fun while getting a great workout in.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us! We're so excited to keep growing our RYDE community in Huntington. This is just the beginning! 💛

Our owners take Energy seriously, but apparently, they take Halloween just as seriously. 😂 Turns out, even the people behind the scenes know how to have a little fun.
Get ready because there's more of the Energy crew in costume coming soon! 🎃

Pedals, pours, and a whole lot of ENERGY! 🚲🍻💛

From the energy in the studio to the vibes at social hour, our Miller Place, St. James, and Rockville Centre communities showed up and showed OUT for Ryde or Die!

There's something special about getting to spend time together outside the gym. The conversations, the laughs, the new connections, and the familiar faces that make every Energy club feel like home. We're more than the classes we take or the workouts we get in. We're a community that shows up for each other, celebrates together, and makes fitness FUN!

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent the evening with us. And a huge thank you to @daisys.li , @thestonegoat_li , and @cabo_rvc for welcoming our Energy family and helping us make these nights happen!

This is what the Energy community is all about. Good people, great vibes, and memories made together. 💛

Pedals & pours 💛🍻 The best part of Energy After Dark? Getting to spend time together OFF the bike! Our Fort Salonga crew came together last night for a RYDE class and then social hour filled with good people, great conversations, and lots of laughs.

We love seeing our Energy family connect beyond the studio and build a community that goes way beyond the workout. 💛

A big thank you to @intermezzotrattoriawinebar for having us! We loved spending the evening with you! 🥂
