Today I got to be both a giver and a receiver. 🤎

Earlier, I co-hosted a workshop with @iamcaseyariel for @newvoicesfamily unpacking how our learned and inherited beliefs about money can quietly shape the way we build our businesses. We talked capital, time, delegation, community and the beliefs underneath all of it.

Then tonight, I got to sit on the other side of the conversation and learn from @pammiestewart , Chief Customer Officer, Retail North America at The Coca-Cola Company.

Pamela talked about delegating with clarity and grace, cultivating culture, staying connected to her team, and replacing the pursuit of “balance” with integration and intentional presence.

What struck me is that after 25+ years at Coca-Cola and leading at that scale, so much of her advice came back to the same fundamentals we’d been discussing earlier in the day.

The fundamentals don’t change. You scale them.

Evolve. Learn. Communicate. Adapt. Empower. Connect. Measure.

Sometimes we pour out what we know. Sometimes we sit down and receive what someone else has learned. If we’re fortunate, we get to do both.

Today was a beautiful reminder to stay open enough to teach, learn, delegate, receive and be present for whatever the moment calls for. ❤️ by @ensa.gram

Kids teach us when we pay attention. Someone is praying for the things you have but don’t think are good enough. The treasure is all around us - if we have the correct perspective. by @ensa.gram
