I’VE ALWAYS

been about balance, but the contrast that our trajectory places on us is quite a deal because how does one comfortably live in the moment with heavy duffels of uncertainty draped over us?

I might’ve found a safe corner in living each day as it comes, which, in my perspective, doesn’t exactly equate to living in the moment when I’m still pondering on what’s it going to be.

Anyhoo, I’m doing well, “living,” whether each day or in the moment. I’m just living, and that accounts for something.

What about you? Please share with me. 🫶🏻

IT’S TAKEN A WHILE

to return here, but regardless, gratitude is a MUST.

That’s about the only emotion I allow myself to feel.

While I’m hopeful for really brighter days, working in between and towards them, I want to say a big “THANK YOU” for your kind gestures and words, for your recognition, for your presence, all of which transcends this space into reality.

Thank you. 🩷

If you ask me, it’s been quite an intentional two weeks into the new age; one preceded and accompanied by manifestation.

I trust that everything will fully align, and that the future is super bright.🌻

It’s been so much work to arrive here, and I believe it’s all for a reason.

Again, THANK YOU. I’m grateful.

Mo mòn lóore. 🙏🏻

THIS

is way beyond s survival phrase; it’s a winning mindset. 🎖️ by @ensembleshub

HEAVIEST

is my heart today, reaching this milestone without my siblings. 💔 I’ve had it really tough, but I’m thankful to God for His exceeding grace.

There’s so much I carry in my heart today, the things I’ve lost, the things I’ve survived, the things I’m still becoming….

It’s my birthday 🎂🖤

THROUGH

the sharpest thorns, beneath the darkest fog, and behind the most disheartening mirage, I’ve journeyed all the way here.

35 and full of grace. 🤎

Happy birthday to me. I am sweet still. I am full of life. I am bright and blessed. ✨

Send me all your love. 🥹🤎

GRIEF KNOWS.

its way around when it finds you. The way it moves will make your entire world pause for a moment, your ongoing activities, your plans, your progress, your thoughts, your spirit, your soul, and your demeanor.

And just like that, you start to learn how to live again, how to be whole again, and how to become better than it found you.

But hey!

It doesn’t leave you… for life. You simply learn to live with it.

I’m thankful for God’s grace to pick up the baton again, to start all over again, and to make this level of progress.

I am proud of myself. 💪🏻 My deceased siblings would be proud of me.

Four clean reps, intact. Remember, we’re taking these reps to the bank to cash some money when we hit 10. 😋

IN 12 YEARS,

I’ve journeyed through the grief of losing different loved ones, each loss so profound that it changed the course of my life with every strike. The irony of this exceptional experience lies in both the becoming and the unbecoming it has brought.

Knowing what it means for a heart to be so broken, 💔 I also know what it means to heal. ❤️

I walked through the fog of vulnerability to intentionally seek my tribe, and I’m grateful for the people God has placed along my path during this season of my life.

It’s even led me to change my gym, and I’m incredibly thankful for the gift of Jophiel and the premium support. 🫶🏻 I do not take this for granted. 🖤

IF ONLY

Adam and Eve didn’t eat the forbidden fruit, maybe we wouldn’t have to labour this much to build muscles…🤔

The thoughts running through my head during these life-threatening reps. 😩
