At Enza Construction, we believe that investing in our people strengthens the work we do.

We are proud to celebrate Mogau Lamola, Junior Safety Officer at Enza Construction, on achieving her SACPCMP certificate.

Since joining Enza Construction in October 2023, Mogau has continued to develop her knowledge and experience in occupational health and safety. This achievement marks an important step in her professional journey and supports her continued studies in Safety Management.

For Enza Construction, developing qualified safety professionals strengthens our ability to promote a culture where health and safety remain a priority across our sites.

Mogau’s achievement is a reflection of what can be achieved through continuous learning, commitment and professional development.

At Enza Construction, we believe that building communities goes beyond the structures we construct. It also means investing in education, developing future professionals and creating opportunities for young people to gain practical industry experience.

Our Civils division was proud to support the University of Johannesburg’s Department of Civil Engineering Technology as it took 40 Civil Engineering students on a seven-day academic excursion to Lesotho from 29 August to 5 September 2026.

The excursion gave students an opportunity to explore major infrastructure and water engineering projects associated with the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, while deepening their understanding of real-world project implementation and the construction industry.

As part of our sponsorship, Enza Construction provided branded merchandise, including drawstring bags, notebooks, pens, water bottles and lanyards the students
The initiative provided a valuable platform for students to connect their academic learning with practical experiences, while strengthening the relationship between industry and academia.

At Enza Construction, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that empower the next generation of engineers and contribute to the continued development of the built environment.

At Enza Construction, we believe that building communities extends beyond the structures we construct. It is about supporting people, responding to community needs and creating meaningful impact where we operate.

On 3 September 2026, the Zen and Berg Project team put this belief into action by distributing food hampers to an old-age home in Tulbagh and a disability centre in Porterville.
The initiative reflects Enza Construction’s commitment to our purpose: We Believe in Building Communities. Through practical acts of support, our teams continue to contribute to the wellbeing and dignity of the communities around our projects.

This initiative also brings our values of Teamwork, Community and being Solution Focused to life, reminding us that the impact of construction can reach far beyond the sites where we build.

We are proud of the Zen and Berg Project team for making a meaningful contribution and continuing to build communities through care, compassion and action.
