My heart is so full 💖

Met some wonderful people, caught up with my @cool.ridings family and am now happily scrolling through my gallery on the train home 😅☺️

Feeling very fortunate to have had the pleasure of visiting @goldcrestandtide — a true masterclass in timeless style, quiet luxury and impeccable taste. ✨️

@blenheimhorse was simply just the right amount of perfect and may just be my new favourite event of the year ❤️ by @eq.deanna

A little bit of movie magic today. ✨️

I had the pleasure of riding Raven, Firefly and Elvis from Free Rein — an experience that felt every bit as special as you might imagine.

I simply can't put into words how grateful I am for @stevedentstunts and @joe_ashman for making it possible, and @keiral_dressage for the invitation. 🫶🏽

Feeling incredibly grateful. 🖤🤍🧡 by @eq.deanna

Guysss! What a day!!

I was so nervous beforehand I could barely talk or eat 🤣 but I put all my trust in lovely little Vera and oh my gosh, she did not disappoint. 🥹

We went out with a bang, placing 5th and 4th in the 70 & 80cm classes! 🐎🤎 Also so proud of my riding bestie @kirsty_mckenzie_ who was amazing!!❤️‍🔥

Special shout out to my beautiful @cool.ridings saddle pad. 🤭💕

Celebrated afterwards with the most amazing cesar wraps at @equusdining once the nerves finally cleared. 😅✨️

Sadly, this may be my last show at @trentparkec , so it felt rather special to finish on such a high. 🏆 by @eq.deanna

It was like two different people 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Is it just me, or does anyone else feel this way before a show? 😅😅

A truly special day immersed in the world of British racing. 🐎✨

From a fascinating and wonderfully informative tour of the British Racing School to my very first day at the races, it was a day filled with excitement, inspiration and a little bit of racing magic.

I was positively beaming from start to finish and couldn’t be more excited to begin my training at @brsnewmarket.

There is something so captivating about the tradition, elegance and sheer passion that surrounds racing, and I feel incredibly lucky to be taking my first steps into this world.

A heartfelt thank you to @careersinracing for such a wonderful opportunity and for making this unforgettable experience possible. ❤️🙏🏽

Very much looking forward to everything that lies ahead… 🏇🏼🤍 by @eq.deanna

Some things simply can't be bought—good people, great experiences, and a community that has quietly become part of who I am.

I'm honestly feeling incredibly fortunate to have found all of that through @cool.ridings. Thank you, @lydiaheywood, for bringing everyone together for a day of riding and even including the parents, also for such a lovely barbecue! 😋

It's days like these that remind us how special this community really is. 🥹

And, of course, there's nowhere quite like @trentparkec to spend a summer afternoon—beautiful horses, beautiful surroundings, and even better company. 🐴

So very grateful. 🤍✨️ by @eq.deanna

A brilliant biomechanics lesson with Andrew last week.

There was definitely a bit of a burn involved (thank you, Andrew 😅), but every exercise had a purpose—and the difference was remarkable.
In such a short space of time, my seat and balance felt transformed.

Catching my reflection in the mirror, it genuinely looked like a different rider. Even better, Betty softened, relaxed, and moved so much more freely.

It's a lovely reminder that riding well isn't about working harder—it's about understanding your body, helping your horse, and allowing both to move in harmony.

This is something I'll absolutely be making part of our routine. 🤍 by @eq.deanna
