POSTS STORIES REELS

October is a little lighter, but we’re still moving. 🍂🖤💛

One more week of those 4AM miles 🌙 before we wrap them up for the season. October keeps it simple with Saturday runs, a Tiny Tuesday, and a collab to look forward to.

Less on the schedule. Same ERC energy. Pull up and get some miles with us. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

💙 DALLAS HYROX 2026 — MORE THAN JUST A RACE! 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥

On November 20th, Stephen and I will be heading to Dallas, Texas, to compete in our FIRST EVER HYROX! 💪🏽
Early mornings, long runs, tough workouts, and pushing ourselves mentally and physically have led us to this moment. But we’re competing for something much bigger than ourselves. 💙

As part of our journey, we’ve pledged to raise $600 to support mental health, a cause that means so much to me personally. ❤️‍🩹
As someone who has struggled with mental health, I know what it’s like to fight battles nobody else can see. I also know how much a little kindness, encouragement, and support can change someone’s life. Sometimes the strongest people are fighting battles you’ll never know about.

Running and fitness have helped me find strength, peace, and an incredible community. Now we have an opportunity to give some of that love and support back. 🙏🏽
Whether it’s $1, $5, $20, or whatever your heart allows, every donation brings us closer to our goal and means more than you’ll ever know. No amount is too small! If you can’t donate, sharing this post means just as much. 💙

To our friends, family, coaches, and everyone who’s supported us through this journey, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! We couldn’t do this without you.

On November 20th, we’ll leave everything on that HYROX floor. But no matter what the clock says, knowing we helped someone else along the way will be our biggest victory. 🏁

Because this race isn’t just about how strong we are. It’s about using that strength to help someone else find theirs. 💙
Love you all! Let’s make every mile, every rep, and every drop of sweat mean something bigger!💪🏽 by @erc_316

🏁 ERC TOOK ON PRAIRIE FIRE! 🔥🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️

5Ks. Half marathons. Full marathons. FIRST-TIMERS. PRs. PERSONAL WINS. 🔥

This is what all those early mornings and miles have been building toward. From our 4 AM Tuesday and Thursday runs, hill training sessions, 7 AM group runs, and Sunday long runs — every workout, every hill, every mile, and every time someone showed up when it would’ve been easier to stay in bed MATTERED.

We got to see that progress in action. Some of us crossed these finish lines for the first time. Others came back stronger, faster, and more confident than ever. Different distances, different goals, different journeys — but ONE TEAM.

The finish line is just the beginning. The real work happened in the months leading up to it. The consistency. The discipline. The community that kept showing up and pushing each other forward.

THIS is what ERC is about. We don’t just run together. We grow together, celebrate each other, and prove to ourselves that we’re capable of more than we think.

To everyone who trained, raced, cheered, volunteered, and showed up for the team — WE SEE YOU!

ALL PACES. ALL FACES. ALL LEVELS.

Yesterday didn’t go as planned. I left my dad’s necklace at home, and I NEVER run a race without it. I didn’t want to fight traffic to go back for it, so I told myself it would be okay. But once the race started, I just felt off. I walked more than I wanted and didn’t hit the times I’d hoped for.

After crossing the finish line, I was overwhelmed with emotions, mainly grief and the guilt of not having my dad’s necklace. I’d also be lying if I said I wasn’t also disappointed in myself for not running the half like I’d promised myself and others I would. But at the end of the day, I still showed up.

I almost didn’t post yesterday’s run, but seeing other posts and hearing from friends reminded me that no matter the time or distance, you should be proud of yourself for getting out there and running.

It’s not always about the longest miles or PRs. Sometimes, it’s about showing up for yourself and allowing yourself to feel all the emotions along the way! by @erc_316

Aid station provided by @unavidatequila @keepersheartwhiskey @erc_316 & at @bubbleswichita was a success this morning for prairie fire 🏃‍♂️
