Quick Woolies yoghurt reference sheet 🤓

Look, I could have listed carbs and fats if the average Joe was tracking alllll the macros and I could have done per 100ml serve but let’s be real you’re probably just grabbing a yoghurt on the go and seeing whichever one has the biggest “PROTEIN+++++” label on it 👀
Marketing for protein has gotten out of control and 9 out of 10 times the product advertising high protein isn’t really that high if you look at the numbers closely.

So here’s a quick sheet for some Woolies yoghurts and how much protein you’re probably going to get from it. None of these are inherently “bad” options btw. (Especially if you sometimes get the yoghurt ick and are purely going by texture choices 🙋🏻‍♀️)

Promise Il give up on the AI cover photos soon 🤡 xx by @ericacfitness

Hey so, I’m back again with the AI. Which is arguably more cringe than just taking a photo in Woolworths myself 🥴. ( Thanks chat for shaving a few kilos off my face 💀)

ANYWHOO continuing on from my low cal option series, here are some, what I would call, “grab and go” snacks under 200 calories.

Tasty enough that you can’t tell they have F all calories, no “high protein” BS that’s saturating the market RN. Just some honest low calorie options to slip into your lunch bag when you want something to nibble on at 3pm in the arvo with your fridge cigarette. (Might need to put up a coke no sugar V Pepsi max poll for this one) Without tanking your calorie intake if you’re in a deficit or tracking.

PS. Normalise not “maximising ” every meal. Sometimes ya just want a tasty treat, doesn’t need to have the word protein attached. by @ericacfitness

Sunday Leg Day 🧑🏻‍🩰
This weekend has been jam-packed and the motivation to train was 0 on top of Isla waking 6-7 times a night.

Anyway, here we are because I saw a video of C-Bum saying don’t be a p*ssy yesterday and that brought me here 💀 by @ericacfitness

9 Frozen Dessert Options under 200 calories. ❄️
If you’re currently in a deficit these are a game changer, I’m a sucker for a cheat sheet. 🍦
Save for your next Woolies shop 🍧
