Featuring Eric Boscia @ericboscia, who is exhibiting at our annual exhibition ‘Connected:Disconnected’ at @photofusionuk in Brixton.

Come see how 30 photographers from @London_Independent_Photography Central Group respond to the theme with images that range from the documentary to the figurative and conceptual. The exhibition is from Oct 27-31. Private view: Thu Oct 29/6:30-9 pm at Photofusion, 2 Beehive Pl, London SW9 7QR

Eric says: ‘I’m always far more drawn to the connection between point A and point B than the destinations themselves. Yet, as we rush to get there, we become completely disconnected from the world outside, watching it slidepast from inside our protected bubbles of glass and steel.’ This image is part of a series taken during his recent trip to Italy by boat, bus and train.

Religion can be practiced anywhere. This rundown church in Lipari was beautiful in its decay.

Playing tourist in a not-so-typical-Roman part of town. It’s an absolute beautiful area.

The rocks and water called again. This time it took me to Greece. Every island is different and has its own unique identity. It was great to visit some new ones.

Last summer I answered the call and discovered Isole Egadi in Sicily. An unexpected surprise. Rocks and water called again…stay tuned for next location.
