7 years free from alcohol 🧚 I normally post a slow-mo spin to mark the occasion. This year I thought I’d amp it up and try a roundoff… my hamstrings disagreed. I’ve said it for the last six years and I’ll say it for the seventh ~ giving alcohol the boot was the best decision I ever made. #SevenYearsFree #soberaf by @erinkarpluk
Season 3 of My Life with the Walter Boys is officially here! Whole season is available on @netflix for some fun summer binging. ☀️🍿🎬 Such a blast playing Hannah, easily one of my favorites. Huge thanks to a ridiculously talented cast and crew for making it so fun to show up and work every day. @iamsarahgrafferty and Marc, you are simply the best. Loved every minute. And side note for all the #TeamCole fans out there, @noahlalalalonde might actually be the nicest human on the planet. He took the time to write a little note for my best friend’s daughter and also snapped a pic for her. That would have been like getting a note and a picture from River Phoenix back in the day. I’da lost my marbles. Enjoy the show, folks. Lots of beautiful Alberta landscapes. Proud it was shot in my home province. ❤️ by @erinkarpluk
What does sustainability look like in a fast-moving industry like film and television? This week on the Sustainable in the Suburbs podcast, I’m joined by Canadian actress @erinkarpluk. Erin grew up in Jasper National Park, and that deep connection to place shapes how she thinks about sustainability, community, and the choices we make every day. We talk about the 2024 Jasper wildfires and how they changed the way people in the community think about memory and belongings, what sustainable living looks like in Erin’s daily routines, and what actually happens behind the scenes on film sets when it comes to waste. Erin also shares how small habits — things like reuse, travel routines, and everyday choices at work — can quietly influence the culture around you over time. She is just THE BEST and this conversation is one of my favourites! You can find the episode at the link in my profile, or wherever you get your podcasts 🎙️🏡🌱 #SustainableInTheSuburbs #JasperWildfires #EcoFriendlyLiving #SustainableTravel #SustainableLiving by @erinkarpluk
