I’ve been working hard getting this done and just finished it as a great way to start the new year and becoming better than the last. Another certification done and this one has allowed me to learn so much more about Training ALL athletes to help them perform better. It’s a good stepping stone for me and my personal business / Robinson Fitness Brand. Learning more to help athletes in all sports. Always looking to improve myself! 1% Better each day . . . . . . . #training #performancecoach #trainer #weightroom #personaltrainer by @ernest_robinson40

I’ve been asked about this shirt. And I finally will get it mass produced to sell! Thank you Anne McClimon of Sunbow Embroidery @mcclimon25 If you are interested in supporting Robinson Fitness and want a chance to purchase, please reach out to me via DM or number (if you have my number). I’ll be selling the shirts for $20 and can pay cash or Venmo. I don’t know if I’ll get another shirt done so get this while you can. Right now I’m just seeing who is interested in buying one. IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR ANY PRIVATE TRAINING w/ Me (lifting, performance, wrestling, football) then reach out to get one FOR FREE!! by @ernest_robinson40

Hard saying goodbye to my best friend yesterday. Maximus was a great dog and I’ll miss the never ending energy he’d have even after our longs walks, and how loving he was. There wasn’t a dog or human he didn’t want to meet. Even being a scary 100lb dog and approaching people with a little bit too much enthusiasm.. Thank you for being a great dog for 13yrs and being the thing that helped me the most when I was in a rough spot. Coming home after long days to him was the best. I wish we could’ve had one more walk together. Enjoy puppy heaven ❤️ 🐶 by @ernest_robinson40

What an awesome year as a coach. I got to witness all the hard work pay off for all the kids on the team and program. This year, do to the hard work of each kid we FINALLY made it back to state! Something that a lot of them have been working towards for years and I’m grateful to have coach/train them and I thank them for trusting the process. Plus before capping the year off with a run to state, we won the JV Conference Title for the first time since I’ve been coaching. Also the freshman team went to State again, and two kids place at Freshman Individual state. Been coaching since 2017 which was the year of our last Team State title and the end of our streak. There has been a lot of tough years since then but these kids believed in themselves to help get this program back to the ❌. That first pic is the group of kids that started with me 4 years ago, plus Marcell. They all helped this team and it will be sad to start to lose them as Conner and Parker graduate, but they will be remembered for all their hard work and leadership. And s/o to AVs first ever Girl State Champ Grace. She’s a football player also and with her athleticism and determination she quickly picked up a brand new sport and made history. Time to train and get ready to dominate next season! Also need a Zara sponsorship for next year to keep up my Best Dress Coach status 👔 by @ernest_robinson40
