Today vs 5 Years Ago🏠

I took a leap of faith and bought my first 3-unit with no blueprint… just a vision, grind, and the fire to build something bigger than myself.

Fast forward to today - 9 doors later - and I’m just getting started.

This journey wasn’t easy… but it was worth it.

⸻

Top Lessons I’ve Learned So Far:
1. Ownership changes your mindset and your legacy.
2. Delayed gratification will unlock levels you didn’t know existed.
3. The right tenants > the highest rent.
4. Keep reserves. Respect the numbers.
5. Always think long-term - equity is quiet wealth.

⸻

Inspired by my grandfather. Driven by impact.
And real talk…

Nothing’s gonna change your life like just lockin’ TF in and gettin’ to it.
No excuses. No shortcuts. Just work.

⸻

And let me say this too…
Solitude is a superpower.
You’re not missing out by falling back for a season and disappearing to just focus.
Take that year to grind.
Stack your money.
Dial in your mind, your body, your vision.

That “isolation” is where clarity is born and empires are built.

⸻

To anyone on the fence: START.
Even if it’s not perfect. Even if it’s scary.
Your future self will thank you. 🙏🏽

4 years ago in June of 2021, I took a leap into the unknown with Trinity Solar and it’s been one of the most transformative journeys of my life.

What started as a new job quickly turned into a calling. I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families take control of their energy, save money, and move toward a cleaner future. But beyond the installs and numbers, it’s the people that have made this journey so special.

The mentors who believed in me before I fully believed in myself…
The people on my team who pushed me to level up…
The customers who trusted me with something that truly matters…

I’ve grown not just professionally, but personally and I’m thankful every day for the doors this path has opened.

Here’s to having impact over ego. A vision over comfort. And a bigger purpose over a paycheck.

Grateful for the past. Focused on the future. Let’s keep building. ⚡

This Earth has been my playground, my peace, and my reminder to stay present.

Grateful for every quiet moment, every wild moment, every breathtaking view, and every lesson of being still when I needed it.

Let’s protect what makes us feel alive.

Success starts in the mind—with a belief so strong, it ignites everything around you.

It’s the belief in yourself, in your vision, and in your power to bring it all to life. That image you hold in your mind? It’s not a fantasy—it’s your future calling. It’s direction. It’s purpose. It’s real.

When you believe deeply, your actions begin to mirror that belief. Your mindset sharpens. Doubt fades. And suddenly, you’re not just dreaming—you’re moving with intention, with fire, with unstoppable momentum.

Visualization is your superpower. It transforms vague desires into vivid goals. The clearer you see it, the more boldly you chase it. Athletes use it. Artists rely on it. Entrepreneurs live by it. They see the win long before the world ever does.

So close your eyes. See the life you want. Feel it in your bones. Let that belief fuel every step you take. Because the moment you believe without limits, you give yourself full permission to succeed—and that’s when the magic begins. 🏆🧠

Cheers to everyone who made it to the 8th Annual @trinity_solar Gala 2025 🥂 & welcome to my @therealsolarpapi page dedicated around my journey in solar.

4/24/24 - 32 years old!!! It’s hard for me to even write a caption about this day. Continuously evolving into a vision you’ve always had is the most amazing process of life. Plus my Shaq year is a palindrome! How dope is that?!

I’ve accomplished a lot at this young age.. had to take some time today to reflect and remind myself on how far I’ve come and grown. We all have a tendency to overlook that but we need to honor and celebrate the progress and keep moving forward with confidence through it all.

I’m blessed to see another year. All praise to the Most High 🙏🙏 Ive done a lot but have a lot more to accomplish and lives to change. The faith I have this year is just different 💯.

Genuinely wishing you all good progress and thank you for all the love 🫶

My brother!! I appreciate you for these moments. You’ve inspired me more than you can imagine! Happy birthday man, and hoping the big blessings continue coming your way… much love by @erodgram

As I sit here thinking about my sister @mariesttaaa celebrating ANOTHER BDAY!! 27!!! I can’t help but think about, what does it take to be a good sibling? Love, positive energy, support, tough love, and sometimes just instilling the confidence in that sibling to have the belief that they have whatever it takes to be whatever it is they want to be in life!

If you have a dream, you chase it and if you fail, you get back up!! No matter how many times you fall, you stand back up!!! That’s what I’ve gotten from my sister Mary. My sister @mariesttaaa is a rock ✪ and the life of a party!! Idk who I am without my partners in crime in Mary & of course @stephanie_rodriguez490 ! For them I am 4eva grateful. #blessed

I love you Mary! I hope you enjoyed your day ❤️🙏 by @erodgram

Happy birthday to one of the most incredible humans in the world. My sister @stephanie_rodriguez490 !! Thank you for being so amazing throughout ALL these years. The growth our family has been able to witness with you is extraordinary and I’m super grateful to be apart of it all.

I always try to keep this quote in perspective when I think about my family, especially my sisters. “It’s not about what you have in your life, but who you have by your side” #foreverthankful

A little late but I was just thinking about my Thanksgiving and honestly I wake up daily and remind myself how blessed/thankful I am. Today is no different than Thanksgiving.
