Coming home from military service can mean learning how to be close again. How do you reconnect with someone you love when part of you is still on guard?

On Thursday, November 5 at 7p ET / 4p PT, we’re hosting “The Healing Effect of Orgasmic Meditation for Veterans with PTSD.”

Veterans John “Thorfin” Caldwell and Bob Sabado, alongside Bob’s wife Michelle, will share their experiences with OM, relationships, and finding connection again. Clinical psychologist Dr. Dan Kriegman will moderate.

A conversation about numbness, living on alert, and what has helped.

Whether you’re a veteran, love someone who served, or are simply curious, you’re welcome.

📍 In person in Harlem or online.

A full table changes the sound of a room.

This is Women Over Dinner (@womenoverdinner): women gathered around a table, sharing a meal and speaking openly about women's power. Each woman speaks while the others listen, with no cross-talk and no feedback.

The dinners happen in living rooms, restaurants, and prisons around the world.

What we call passionate is often just alive.

Nicole Daedone on the numb monotone we mistake for balance. Equanimity isn't cutting everything off. It's everything fully alive, and in balance.

We have learned to recognize force as power.

Force pushes, opposes, and tries to control. Feminine power stays in connection. It works through reciprocity, drawing truth down into the body and influencing what is around it.

Its power is in its embrace.

Attention becomes an art when it can move with life.

In OM, sensation is the field and precise response is the practice. Mastery grows as attention learns to meet what is here with greater subtlety.

Desire doesn't vanish. It goes underground.

It reroutes when we learn to want politely, to stay likable and low-maintenance. Nicole AI, built on Nicole Daedone's teachings, helps you find the moment you said yes when your body said no.
